Funny that they advertise customer satisfaction is their main priority. It's one thing to advertise it and to do it. I was on the phone with one of the reps (rude), that did not even let me finish explaining my issue. Two days after I submitted my order, I realized that I needed to make changes. It was a gift for a friend and they did not like the picture I selected. Not only was the rep rude, as I am in the middle of talking she cuts me off and goes "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Really!?!?! This is how yall conduct your phone calls? Shame on you! Will NEVER order again!
