We have ordered several items from Collage.com in the last month. All but two items came in perfect condition and we are extremely happy with the quality of the blankets, bags and coffee mug. One blanket, however, had a blank spot through the middle of one of the pictures and the deck of cards had one picture that was cut off. After speaking with the customer service personnel, our items were reordered and arrived as perfect as the others.
I have worked in customer service positions for half of my 64 years and can tell you that the people I spoke with were professional, courteous, and helpful. And I appreciate their dedication to service very much. I will not hesitate to order more items from Collage.com in the future and heartily recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to write a review of your customer service at collage.com. I have just started to order Christmas gifts from you and have had to call customer service with some of my orders. I just can't believe how professional, caring and helpful these 3 ladies were - Rebecca, April and Taylor. WOW! Hats off to collage.com for hiring such wonderful personnel. Because of them, I have recommended you to many friends. All three were very patient with me, so very caring, professional, friendly and really cared about my orders. I ordered a phone case for an iPhone 8 Plus (order #1 *******), which arrived on Aug. 12,2019. The attached paper work stated that it was for an iPhone 7. I immediately contacted the company. They replied that it was the same size for both phones, which was not true. Apple clearly states that the iPhone 8 is 0.2mm thicker than the iPhone 7 and 0.1 mm taller and wider. Needless to say, the case they sent would not fit my new IPhone 8 Plus. To date, they have ignored my complaint. On Oct. 4,2019 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Today they notified me that after several attempts, Collage has not replied to them. They cheated me out of $34.48 - don't let that happen to you!

I recently made a purchase through Collage.com, when I received my blankets I noticed they were not the same as all the others I had purchased in the past. I contacted the support team and spoke with Leah, it seems that when I placed my order I was on the wrong type of blanket, I noticed this when I went to review my order online. Leah offered to re print my blankets with the style I wanted and send them to me and in exchange I could donate the ones done in error to a local humane society to keep shelter animals warm. I cannot tell you how thankful I was that she was my support person, she was so kind. I have dealt with customer service people in the past that did nothing to help even when it was their error. Leah went above and beyond even though this was an error of n my part. Please know that she is an asset to your support team and you are lucky to have her.

I used Collage to print a photo book and puzzles to use as the "sign in" for my wedding guests and people loved it. Now we have a book and puzzles full of signatures from that special day! I recently ordered some wedding pictures for our home (they were delivered three days from ordering!) and one of the canvases I received was dented in at the back and the backing was coming apart from the canvas. I contacted them the same day and asking what I should do about it and they immediately offered to reprint and send me another one. I explained that the canvas looked fine from the front I just didn't want it falling off the wall if it came all the way apart and they reaffirmed that they wanted to make it right and I'd be getting another one within ten days. Thank you COLLAGE!

I ordered my mom a blanket with a ton of family photos and was on a time crunch to send it to her for her bday! Let me tell you this blanket was on point! It arrived at my door 3 days after making it! The pictures on the fuzzy blanket looked just like looking on my actual phone! I will defiantly buy more of these! Love the blanket! Only con I had was the editor was difficult at times to fit and organize all my photos it took me many attempts, but if you just play with it, it works great! I highly suggest this company!

I just ordered my canvas this morning, but realized I didn't do the best job possible, so I called a couple of hours later. I spoke with LEAH, who was an angel! I kid you not. She was so incredibly helpful, she made my project so much better, I'm sure it will make all the difference in the world. I'll write more about the quality when I receive it. This experience will make me use this company; as it will have been the first time. I will also ask for Leah for recommendations. Collage is fortunate to have her as an employee, and I was lucky she answered my phone call.

I received an ad on Facebook for this company, and I totally ignored it at first. I have found that most Facebook ads are way overblown with what they claim compared to the actual product. But, I kept thinking about it, because it was such a good price on the offer. I ordered a photo blanket for my 12-year-old daughter and was blown away by the quality. It was not one of those thin, useless blankets, It was thick and soft, and the photo printing was amazing! Crystal clear and all the detail in the original photo was there. This is an amazing product! This is an e3xceptional value!
