I bought a collage blanket for an upcoming surprise birthday. It was easy to do and we received immediate response from the company. It shipped out right away but didn't arrive at my door. UPS had delivered it to a neighbors by mistake. I called the company before it was located and they didn't want me to worry and shipped another one right away so I would get it in time. They responded quickly by phone and by e-mail. What a great company. I wish all companies were so great to deal with. By the way the blanket is nicely done. Soft and lightweight!

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I have purchased a deal on Living Social and was having trouble accessing the project page on Collage.com's website. After talking with very nice representatives I have been helped by one of the managers, Leah.
Leah was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to get my project done to my satisfaction. She ended up creating the project for me, while working closely on the phone with me. She even called me from her home, while being out sick, just to finish my project.
My photo blankets turned out beautiful! And I have received the most professional, courteous and personable customer service ever! Thank you, Leah!

I purchased 3 of the personalized 30 x 40 fleece blankets through Groupon for gifts for my father, husband, and one of my nieces. They all loved them! It was so cool to be able to put a collage together of their fave pics and see their faces light up, when I gave them their blankets. My niece hung hers on her bedroom wall and my other niece was so envious that she asked me to get one for her too. So, I purchased another one, but the 50 x 60 size. I recommend purchasing anything larger than the 30 x 40 size, if you actually plan to use them as blankets.

I just love each of my projects that I have ordered. To date I've ordered 3 different blankets, posters, and the metal art. I am quite challenged when it comes to computer tech things but I've found their site very user friendly. When I did have a question customer support has always been just a phone call away and has been so friendly and helpful! There are so many other projects I have planned for gifts and this will definitely be my place to get them made.

I decided to make some "pillows " as gifts for my family and friends! I never could have imagined how meaningful and beautiful they would be! Whether it was for a Birthday and I captured moments of their lives or to capture many years of a Christmas Brunch that one of my friends has hosted for many years... These pillows tell a story and bring such joy to the recipients! Thank you for making so many people happy! What a great quality and special product!

I just ordered my canvas this morning, but realized I didn't do the best job possible, so I called a couple of hours later. I spoke with LEAH, who was an angel! I kid you not. She was so incredibly helpful, she made my project so much better, I'm sure it will make all the difference in the world. I'll write more about the quality when I receive it. This experience will make me use this company; as it will have been the first time. I will also ask for Leah for recommendations. Collage is fortunate to have her as an employee, and I was lucky she answered my phone call.

I ordered a custom blanket about 6 months ago and it turned out better than expected! So when I noticed they had custom beach towels, I decided to make two of them as gifts. Both turned out amazing, but one had an issue where a large string must have been on the surface of the towel when printing. So it created a large white mark next to one of the pictures on the towel. I emailed collage.com and to my surprise they didn't go back and forth with me, they just shipped me another towel! Great customer service! Will continue to buy product from this company for years to come. Quality, Ease of Design and Customer Service - 5 stars!

WOW! What a wonderful experience I had with Collage.com. At first I was a bit overwhelmed at the thought of putting together a photo book. Those fears were quickly put to rest after exchanging text messages on their web site with various Customer Service Rep. Every representative that I messaged with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and most importantly- patient with me, and my multitude of questions. I know I messaged with Leah for quite a while, but she walked me through my questions, as did her associates. At the end, Kristen was very helpful in helping me complete my order with the Living Social Codes I'd purchased. I so happy that after I placed my initial order i went back on to Living Social's website and purchased 12 more codes for more books. She is such a great help with sorting and placing the photos, that make it such a great product. When I contact her, she always responds right away, even when she is on vacation, which is unheard of. I submitted pics of my grandson to be made into a collage and admittedly they were not the best quality so when I received the collage it was not what I had hoped for. I must also say I had never used this company before and of course we always worry when we order for the first time online. I contacted the company to see what I could do about getting better images as time for Christmas gifts was running out. The company reps walked me through how to fix the pictures and they stood behind their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (amazing in this day and age!) and they expedited my order. I was unsure of how these products would actually turn out and when I received them I was impressed! This was so easy to do and saved me so much time. I made a photo book for our family in 1 hour using mobile pics, Facebook pics, emailed pictures and More. The quality was amazing. We have not ever had a photo book for our family and our kids want one. This service helped me create unique gifts that you can not buy at a store. I am in love!
