I bought 2 different sets of this cookware about a year ago. Several of the pots did chip. I notified the company and sent pictures of the items. They refused to replace them because I lost the receipts. I was more than willing to send them the ones that were damaged. All I expected was for them to be replaced. So much for lifetime warranty.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you understand the warranty completely.
I ordered a photo canvas print for my son for Christmas. They had plenty of time and promised it would be here by 12/22/2020. Well my Christmas is tonight and I never got it.
I ordered 2 I liked them so well I ordered a 3rd. When I take my 3 year old grandson any where I intend to have a blanket made. We went to dinasour world and took pictures. I had a blanket made with them. It was awesome. I will make one every where we go.
