I have experienced the way business should be done by all companies! Unique ways of capturing memories, A user friendly website, I received exactly what I ordered, affordable, excellent customer service! I have only used Collage for three orders and on the third there was a mistake made and not caught until after it was shipped they helped me make it right and then some! I am a customer for life, and would recommend their services to anyone! Please don't ever change!

I will never purchase from here again. This photo means so much to me. I can't believe they would even send me a blanket that looks nothing like the picture. My brother's eyes are blacks out. U can barely see our faces. The quality is poor and the blanket is not clear at all. My brother was murdered by a stranger. Police say wrong place wrong time. This collage meant everything to me. I waited anxiously for it. Only to be hurt and disappointed.

I purchased 3 blanket vouchers for a total of $240.00. These have no expiration date. I tried to use them tonight and discovered that their website is shut down. They never notified anyone that they were closing the site, or that they SOLD the company. There was NO warning to use our vouchers.
This company are deadbeats. I have seen many complaints like mine this evening.
I'm seeking legal recourse.
The company owners names are Joe Golden and Kevin Borders.
They are both off on new ventures with millions of dollars they made from collage.com, stiffing thousands of customers in the process!

Tip for consumers:
This company shut down and didn’t tell customers. They stiffed me for $240.00

Ordered my custom 11x14 collage for my dad who passed away just weeks before May 6th for my wedding June 4th. Package arrived in New Jersey shipping center on May 11th, and has not moved-im on Long Island. I contacted customer service and after 24hrs was told they will remake and reship a new one, with an arrival date far after my wedding. They have no regard for commitment or responsibility and you should not waste your time money dealing with a company that has no sense of urgency for their customers.

Funny that they advertise customer satisfaction is their main priority. It's one thing to advertise it and to do it. I was on the phone with one of the reps (rude), that did not even let me finish explaining my issue. Two days after I submitted my order, I realized that I needed to make changes. It was a gift for a friend and they did not like the picture I selected. Not only was the rep rude, as I am in the middle of talking she cuts me off and goes "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Really!?!?! This is how yall conduct your phone calls? Shame on you! Will NEVER order again!

I was excited to use collage.com as opposed to my normal go-to company because the options and selection seemed to be more in line in what I wanted for this retirement gift. The email I received said my gift should arrive on the 11th, which was 10 days after my order and perfect timing. The update I received then said it would arrive on the 9th, which gave me time to ooh and ahh over it. However, now the item isn't set to arrive until after the 14th and will miss the retirement party by several days. I've now disappointed an entire school and the family of this band director, so no matter how good the print is or isn't, it no longer matters. You'd think for the amount of money I paid in shipping that the company would guarantee a delivery date, but from now on I'll just deal with a company that does. Thanks for a literal $91.97 nothing, Collage.com.

I ordered my wife a water bottle for her birthday. It arrived lopsided and without a top. Disappointed

Tip for consumers:
We have used these people before and have gotten great products. This one was awful and they didn't offer to replace AND refund. I know that sounds petty, and they did offer one or the other, but I think with so much competition in the market their refusal to replace the item without a charge is petty

Can't review the items I ordered as they are still sitting at The Mail Innovations in Butner NC for the last 6 days. Read the reviews for this facility as this is where packages go to die! Can't believe a reputable company like Collage would use such a sub standard Mail service. Must be cheap but is it worth losing your customers?

BEWARE THIS COMPANY has DISHONEST, RUDE, SHADY PEOPLE WORKING AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS... This company claims to need to hire many customer service people for seasonal positions. They actually make you take an assessment and have you advertise for them by posting a product on your personal Facebook page... DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THEM!

The interview process is two steps: a verbal video interview and a take home exercise. This is all outlined in the public facing job description when candidates apply for the position so there should be no surprises. We do not ask candidates to post any products to facebook, so perhaps the directions of the take home exercise were misunderstood in this case. We rely on the marketing experts in our team for our advertisement, not on our candidates. With that said, we do always appreciate our wonderful customers posting their products at their own discretion. I bought two customized iPhone cases for Valentine day's gift for myself and my girlfriend. After putting long time to customize my items, I found that the shipping cost is charged twice towards the total. Since I had to hurry up to get my stuffs on time before Valentine's day, I placed the order anyways. I thought they would come in one package, so I didn't understand why I had to pay two "shipping" fees. Thinking that they might come in a separate box, I contacted the customer service team via email. All they said was refer to the shipping policy, and then I read all the shipping policy. They state they charge $6 for additional item, but never specify why the cost doubles. I requested a refund for one shipping fee, and if they can't, I'd expect a reasonable explanation for why the shipping cost double, when an item is very light so there is no difference between shipping one or two cases. The customer team's attitude was condescending, patronizing, disrespectful, unprofessional and very disappointing. I felt as though they treat me like an ignorant as they said they are sorry I am unaware of their shipping policy. Honestly speaking, my tone was aggressive, but their attitude was not much different than mine. However, they are working as a customer service where customer's satisfaction and feedback matters most. The way they talked made me so furious enough to write this review. Also, I will take more actions and find all possible means to correct their system for shipping and make them acknowledge their deceitful shipping policy and apologize for malpractice. Honestly, I believe what they do in shipping like collect money as shipping when it is not actually used for it constitutes fraud, but no one has enough motivation to step up and raise a question because a couple of tens dollars doesn't motivate people enough to do something needed to be done, taking much efforts and time. But I'm furious and triggered enough by the worst service of their customer service, so I'm on it. I hope the justice be brought to this business and they spit out all profits made by fraudulent and dishonest shipping fees. I believe it is very little amount for individuals, but when they get stacked together, it should be enormous amount. Further, if all wrongful profits businesses like this made out of normal people like us are combined together, it might cost us hundreds of millions or possibly billions. So I felt like I had to do something, and writing this review is the first step. I call people's attentions to this issue and urge to take actions. By the way, I received the package today and as I expected they came together in a small paper bag. I am satisfied with the quality, but whenever I see this phone case the worst experience will come up in my mind.

Don't let the people who don't care about you at all make your personalized products for your beloved people.

Poorly made photo blanket. Super thin, nearly see through and completely unusable. The photos printed okay, but the overall quality of the blanket is horrible. Customer service refunded my shipping since it was delivered after it's expected date. And they refunded me after I shared how disappointed I was in the product. Although they were kind, I wish I didn't waste my time with this photo blanket at all.

My first order with them was seamless.

The image sharper than any site I've used.

There's a bit of a hiccup on the delivery of my second order. They are staying in contact. But whatever ever delivery provider must be blind or dyslexic,

Orlando Florida is a very small city. Yet, for days now, my order seems to be bouncing from courier to courier. So this is the last time I use this company for any of my needs.

I ordered on Nov. 29th and here we are Dec. 24th and nothing. These pillows were Christmas gifts, when ordered my expected delivery date was 2 weeks before Christmas but nope nothing. I contacted customer service, they gave me back my shipping cost and a coupon. I'm sorry why would I buy again if I NEVER got my first order? Very frustrating, wondering if I'll ever get my order! BEWARE!

I purchased a Groupon for a hardcover photo book from Collage.com. I found the layout tool to be somewhat unwieldy but put together what I thought was a very nice book. Upon checking out, I found that Collage.com recoups its earnings on the Groupon deal through shipping - I was charged $30 to send three books to the same address. I think it's outrageous and disingenuous to operate that way. Upon chatting with a "customer service" rep, found her to be unhelpful and even a bit snarky about my concern. Will never shop at this site again.

I spent hours working on photo books because their 50% off deal was a great deal. I made 5 album books and a blanket and after 2-3 hours of wasting my time, I go to checkout and shipping was going to cost me $45! WHAT! That's just an evil trick. Great deals on photo albums to then overpay for shipping. There's no way shipping costs that much for a tiny photo book that weighs 2-3 pounds MAX. I am livid and would never support this company.

I recently purchased two puzzle pictures from this website and from the moment I purchased them, everything went downhill. It was around the holidays and they told me my shipment would be here by the 24th. As of the 19th nothing had been shipped so I decided to call the company. Someone let me know that my items were up next in the queue and they should be heading my way very soon and there was no reason why I shouldn't get it by the 24th and that I shouldn't worry. Fast forward to the 22nd and I still haven't received a shipping notification so I contact the company again. I was told by chat that unfortunately my items were delayed and I would now not get them until the 26th but that hopefully they would ship within the next 24 to 48 hours. I called them a couple hours later and all of a sudden they told me that my items had already shipped before I even chatted with the first person but the other person had no idea that they had already been shipped. Fast forward to 4 days later I received one package that contained only one of the two items I bought. I try and call the company again but was on hold for 40 minutes. 1 day after I receive a shipping notification that my second item has finally shipped. I called the company and got through and they tell me that their items always ship separately and that there's no way to determine if they will be printed at the same time. There is absolutely no reason that one item should come a week after the second item and both of them being delayed. Collage.com said there was nothing they could do. I advised them that they should post all of these clarifications to their website. I regret ordering from this website and will definitely not be using them for future purchases or gifts.

What a poor excuse for a company. Just an FYI to those looking to make purchases with Collage. Comit's a scam! They require you to pay $30+ and are unable to guarantee shipping... EVER. I purchased my product 3 weeks ago and am still waiting. Tracking numbers that my $30 shipping cost provides don't work. Customer service is rude a belittling. AVOID!

I put together a card with some assistance from your company, which I appreciate but only to find out that they would not arrive until January 2nd or 3rd! It is Dec 3rd now-I can't believe that you cannot get these out before then. I am GREATLY disappointed after spending at least 2 hours of my time and some of your employees.

A standard sized printer paper photo book costs you $9.99 to ship and this is way higher than actual shipping for media mail by USPS. If you order more than one book say 3 for example which could all be shipped in the same box they still charge you $9.99 for each book ripping you off. It does not cost $30 to ship 3 little books. Their standard starting price is $50 bucks! Ouch! Any additional pages over 20 pages costs $1 per page. Easily you can be over $100 for a small thin book.

Unfortunately, because your order had such an incredibly deep product discount, we are unable to discount the shipping cost. Our printers do charge us to ship by weight and unfortunately not based on whether they are going to the same address, so there is a per item shipping charge. I understand that this is frustrating and I'm very sorry you feel that way. We do have offers on our Deals page which do include free standard domestic shipping, but the product discount isn't as deep as it is with that deal you were looking at. I ordered a package on Nov 28,2020 and it is now Christmas and it still isn't here. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it has been 28 days since ordered. I have never had a package due to corona be this late. I can understand 2 week, but not 28 days!

Let me start off by saying my grandfather passed away yesterday at 2:40 PM. My mother purchased a blanket with a photo collage with all his photos with his family. She purchased this blanket for his funeral that's taking place on Sunday June 23rd. She receive the blanket but everything she wrote on the blanket was misspelled. We called Collage.com and asked for a supervisor or manager and the woman that picked up the phone said she was the supervisor which was very odd for a supervisor to be answering their customer service phone line right away. So I doubt that she was a supervisor or manager and probably did not want to get me a supervisor or manager. She was very snobby when I explained the situation and told her that this was for a funeral for my grandfather on Sunday. She said all she can offer me was to make a new blanket but I would not get it in time for the funeral. I told her the blank was going in his casket and that this was very important. She went on and on telling me how it's not their problem and not their fault and that she has offered me everything that she could and that if she sent me out a new blanket I will not get it in time. She also told me that she can order me one and we can keep it as a keepsake but that's not why we ordered the blanket in the first place. We ordered it to put it in his casket when the funeral was over. This is a very heartbreaking time for my family and for this to happen because this company does not look into the items that are purchased because they just do not care is really terrible. She never offered me a refund at all. I highly do not recommend this company to buy any sentimental items. BEWARE!

I do want to address the specific concerns you stated to clear up any misconception. As I said, I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. I do understand that mistakes happen, and the blanket was created and ordered that way and was still misspelled in the project, and it's not possible for us to detect a misspelling when an item is created, which is why we added the review page to ask you to take a second look before submitting. The issue with personalized items from any place is that they aren't something we can take off the shelf and send, unfortunately, it's something that takes days to produce properly. That process cannot be rushed. I offered free overnight shipping once it was reprinted, but overnight has to be after it's done printing first. I also offered a free replacement, though it was ordered that way. We unfortunately can't offer a refund on something that was printed and arrived as it was made. However, like I said I would be happy to get a replacement to you free of charge after you make the changes to your project to correct the spelling before submitting the order. If you'd like I am happy to review it for you as well to verify it looks how you want it to look of course. :) Please also note, we're a small company so our managers all do in fact answer phone calls and live chats and emails. I assure you, if there was any possible way to get an edited version of your blanket to you in the couple of days you needed it, I would have happily without question. I am very sorry none of the solutions I proposed would work for you, as they are all that are possible to do. If you purchase from this site be sure to pay a lot more for expedited shipping if you need the order by a certain date. They use Mail Innovations which is a UPS-USPS handoff service that takes freaking forever to arrive. Order shipped on December 5th is still stuck at a facility on December 16th only 2 hours from its final destination after sitting there a week. It would be faster for me to drive to get my package than wait for a delivery. No online or phone support to troubleshoot. Collage customer support is worthless in trying to resolve the issue. I'm going to have to pay 3 times the extra initial cost to get the order to gift recipients by Christmas IF I GET IT. Not. Happy. At. All. Had I known it was going to be this painful up front - I think that's called TRANSPARENCY Collage.com - I would have made a different decision. Live and learn. Or take my advice and pay extra up front or find another vendor for whatever you want to purchase.

Tip for consumers:
Think about when you need this before choosing a shipping option. If you need it before a month, pay extra for overnight delivery. Otherwise you may never get the package.

Ordered a personalized blanket for Mother's Day for mother. Received someone elses family blanket and the customer service agent said all they can do is send me anothwr blanket and can only guarantee it will be delivered by June 30th. Mother's Day was May 10th! No refund, no compensation. Terrible customer service! Will never do business with them again.

I ordered three blankets form Collage.com, one on 11/23/20 for $46.97 which arrived promptly and I was very satisfied with. The other two I ordered on 12/13/20 (Similar blankets). These blankets were now $104.98 each, I'm sure the increased pricing had to do with expedited printing but I was charged $25.00 shipping on each of the blankets even though they were going to the same address. They were guaranteed for Christmas so I decided to buy them anyway. These were blankets for my granddaughters to remember their Aunt, my daughter who passed away 4 years ago and this would be a very special gift for them. Sadly, they didn't arrive for Christmas and UPS tracking states they will not be here until 12/28/20. Collage.com attempted to compensate me for the inconvenience (A refund of $29.97?) but I don't think they made enough of an attempt to rectify the situation. I will not order from them again.

I ordered a blanket weeks ahead of time, and even paid for expedited one-day shipping and the item is still pending and haven't been made nor shipped. This item was for Christmas so i planned to order it weeks in advance to give everyone enough time if needed, and even that wasn't enough. Not only was the logistics in my situation terrible but the customer awareness was also horrible. Will not be doing business with this company again.

Don't waste your time if you don't want to pay $25-$45 for SHIPPING. Yes, shipping. You think you're getting a decent deal on the product but they will make up for the "discount" with insanely high shipping prices.
