I put together a card with some assistance from your company, which I appreciate but only to find out that they would not arrive until January 2nd or 3rd! It is Dec 3rd now-I can't believe that you cannot get these out before then. I am GREATLY disappointed after spending at least 2 hours of my time and some of your employees.
Hi Barbara, this is Shell with Collage.com. I'm very sorry the delivery times were prolonged. Unfortunately once the printer lets us know they have reached the maximum amount of orders accepted, we can no longer guarantee arrival before Christmas due to processing time. I wish I could change that for you, I'm so sorry. I will be sure to pass your comments along in hopes we can change that in the future. Have a happy holiday!
