Hi!
I just ordered a poster 24x36 I am worried about the shipping because I do not want it to wrinkle. How do you ship posters that do not have any framing?
Thank you!

Hi Lizandra,
This is Leah with Collage.com. Our posters do ship rolled up in a tube so there should be no wrinkling at all. Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will help you right away!
We look forward to working with you!
Best,
Leah

Typically posters are shipped in cardboard tubes & carefully rolled up inside as to not wrinkle or crease.

The items I have received from them have been well packaged. If you have a question about the specific packaging of your poster, I suggest you phone them. Their customer service department is very responsive.

I have never purchased a poster but when they send their products they are packed perfectly. Books are bubble wrapped and blankets sent in plastic zipper cases. I'm sure you won't have a problem. I bet they roll it and put it in a cardboard tube.
