They always specify if the piece is true to size, or runs small or big so you can order correctly. If you don't like it you can return it in the allowed time. The return process is super easy! I absolutely love shopping with Closet Candy! Not only are the clothes fantastic in quality and design but their team does an outstanding job going out of their way to make sure their customers are well taken care of. On one of my trips to the store I was in search of a jacket that I already owned in black but also wanted it in wine but they didn't have my size. Later that afternoon one of the associates emailed me to tell me that they found my size in one of the fitting rooms and that they would be happy to hold it for me until a certain day. I was absolutely ecstatic! I have never received that type of customer service anywhere else.
