LOVE closet candy boutique! I've ordered from them numerous times and have always had a great expearence. The shipping is fast and free! The clothes I've ordered have come as expected. They always specify if the piece is true to size, or runs small or big so you can order correctly. If you don't like it you can return it in the allowed time. The return process is super easy! They have wonderful customer service and get back to you super quick! The team always seems so upbeat and are very active on social media! I've had nothing but a great expearance with them!

I ordered a few things from this company and was soooo excited to get my box! A couple months later, the beanie I ordered completely fell apart after maybe 5 uses. The stitching on top came undone and there was a giant hole there. I emailed the company asking for a return or even a repair. They flat out refused - even on a repair! I have lots of friends that order from this company and after my experience they refuse to order from this place again as well. There are plenty of other online companies that have just as cute of clothes that can offer much better customer service than these people.

This company may be great if you are happy with the item you get, but get a misdescribed item and they refuse to do much.

I ordered a jacket. Instead of giving measurements they tell you the size of their models and what fits them because you know everyone measure the same even at similar weight and height (read as sarcasm).

I ordered the jacket based on the medium fitting their model at 5'10 and 170 pounds. I am 5'9 and 150-155 pounds. Jacket arrives, it is too short in the arms and too tight in the shoulders. When I request a return they only offer me store credit. When I leave a one star review on their item on the website it magically doesn't appear.

This company is a joke. I sent my case to PayPal and they don't even have the decency to respond to the dispute.

I ordered a cute pair of booties. I went to put them on today and noticed the stitching on the side has come completely apart on one boot. I called to see how I would go about exchanging them, and was told I can't since it's been past their 3 day return policy. So ridiculous. I have only wore them twice and the soles aren't even scuffed up. You shouldn't sell product if you don't back up the quality of that product. I found a way to contact the actual company of the booties, because Closet Candy wouldn't give me their contact info, so hopefully they will do something to solve this issue. BUYER BEWARE!

I have ordered 2 items from this store and both have had holes within months. One of the items I received was the wrong size and they acted like I was bothering them by contacting them. Every time I have talked to anyone at Closet Candy, they have been rude, acted like it wasn't their problem and could have cared a less about the issue. When you are buying their product they are all over you, but as soon as you have an issue they could care a less. This seems to be a regular occurrence with this boutique.

Si customer service dont change items that are on sale even if u call 3min after u put the order in i just wanted to change color not item and they were the same price. So i got stuck with 2 of the same color leggings. So i put on 1 on. Christmas eve and im a size 15. But this said fits all nop it dont it was hard to put and as i was putting it on the seam in my waist broke so easy i was mad. I was thinking o maybe an error en in this pants it happendds but then 2 days later i when to put the other one on and it happened the same thing again but in another part of my waist. It is so sad because the fabric look and feels great. But size and the way they make then suck sorry no pics i got mad and put them in trash

I bought a blouse that said dusty lavender. When it arrived I was very disappointed. The color was Marv. I emailed right away. And she told me that I received the right item and the color was correct. How does Dusty lavender equal up to mauve. One is purple and the other is brown. They need to correct the colors on the website. If I knew this I would never order the item now I'm going to get credit and I don't like anything other on their website

Please save your money. This company says they are a family owned business. Only business this is is scamming money. Even look at there BBB rating... it's at an F!

They find these clothes online rename them and sell them for more. If you call them about your order or disputed a defective product then they will block you from ordering again... clearly they care about the costumer right hahaha. That's when I went to the BBB website and learned they have a F rating
