This company legit stole my money. I ordered on Black Friday and it submitted with no coupon code. Minutes later I messaged them of the mistake (complete with screen shot) and they basically said too bad and that I can return it for a store credit. So basically they said we are keeping your money that doesn't belong to us. I heard about their horrible customer service and I now see why friends stopped shopping here. I'll be joining them. I would spend more to support companies who care about the customer. You cannot treat people poorly and expect to stay in business. I will for sure never shop here again. I hope they enjoy my stolen $60. It cost them way more than it cost me.

Closet Candy has the widest variety of unique women's clothing accessories. Many styles I have not seen anywhere else. Fast shipping and easy returns and helpful customer service. Christian based, family owned, who supports many charities.

I was an avid satisfied customer for years for CCB but they have become the worst online boutique/company I know of. I feel like since they started the affiliate program for boutique stylists, not only have their prices gone way up but the quality of their clothing has gone way down. Not to mention, their customer service is awful and the photos of inventory on the site are so different in color and some even fit that I honestly feel it is absolutely false advertisement. I understand their is different resolution for everyone's screens but the difference is astounding. I also believe from comparing measurof the models and the clothing they have on, it would be absolutely impossible for the model to be in the size small and fit the way it appears in photos... it would undoubtedly have to be a larger size.

I've been a customer for several months, and really like the clothing. I placed a large order during their Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, some of the clothing didn't fit correctly, and I sent it back. They don't do returns, but will give you credit for a future order (which I was well aware of). However, instead of a credit, I got an email telling me that because my order was placed during a sale, these were final sale items (even though this was not noted on the items on their website, and these same items continue to be available for purchase on their website, NOT as final sale items).

They gave me an option of either sending them back to me for a $39 fee, or donating them. I am reluctantly paying to have them returned. I will give them to family or friends, and will no longer be a customer. Two stars for their clothing only.

As my title states these are expensive clothes that are absolute junk. Everything I have purchased has fallen apart. Their return policy is awful and they delete negative reviews from the website which is so sketchy. I will never order again.

All I can say is read the fine print! Very first order nothing fit. I have to pay to return it. They only give you a store credit. The material quality was very poor as well.

CCB has an awesome live chat feature for when you're not sure about what size of clothes you should order (small-2xl). I'm so impressed with their fast and free shipping. I placed an order and it was shipped the same day. Closet Candy Boutique gives back 10% to charity as well.

I have never been disappointed w a purchase and when I had an item that was made wrong, they sent me the same item again complete. Customer service gets back to you quickly if a problem arises (like my pants).
I am older and now know that despite your age, I can wear cute clothes, feel comfortable and look great! My teens even tell me how cute I look and want to take my pic. Lol love CCB.

I deleted an earlier review because I was upset that my order said it was delivered and it wasn't. At first I felt like although they were responsive I felt slighted because they didn't apology or seemed too worried but I wound up getting my order then next day and they did wound up apologizing and rectifying the situation so I felt I should write a review that reflected that exceeded my expectations after the snap judgement I probably also had in part of a bad mood and also it just being a very out of ordinary experience for me with my mail carrier. So thank you.

Stay away from this company! Awful costumer service. I've ordered a pair of shorts from them months ago and my husband bought me several bottoms for Christmas. All size medium. I ordered two pairs of shorts and they are too small. Wanted to exchange them and they have a generated email pretty much telling me it's my problem and they won't exchange. Will never do business with them again.

CC is operated by the same pyramid scheme that most "affiliate marketers" use: you pay to become a "member" to access discounts on heavily market up cheapie clothes make in China. These clothes are also available on Amazon for 40-60% less, but Closet Candy marks them up, and then gives you "commission" on your own purchases. The higher price of membership you pay (of course, as with any MLM there is always levels) you get a bigger "commission" on clothes YOU buy, and you convince others to buy. Better yet, you recruit "stylists" and get a cut of their "commission" as well. At best, it works by giving you 15% cash back on wildly overpriced clothing. At worst, you are getting people to pony up hundreds of dollars with the idea they will be able to upsell these clothes that are VERY basic, and get 25% of their sales. This is just another MLM that uneducated women fall for.

Not only does Closet Candy have great quality clothing and pricing but I love that shipping is ALWAYS free and super fast. Sometimes I get things quicker than when I order prime! The customer service is always very helpful with sizing help and styling tips.

I filed a dispute because I returned items, at my expense, that they said were final sale. They would only ship them back to me, again at my cost again, or donate. They were unwilling to work with me when my initial return was due to the poor quality of the tops. I finally filed the dispute because I had been a customer that had made many purchases prior and felt like they were not standing behind their merchandise. So, fast forward to yesterday, they cancelled an order I placed and said they will cancel all future orders, based on my dispute previously. The irony is they still spam my phone and email with deals. I am very dissatisfied that they do not value their customers.

Not only are the clothes good quality, the customer service is awesome. I've ordered more times than I can count and will continue to do so! They also give back to the community which is incredible. Amazing company. Highly recommend.
