Cute clothes but they use the same suppliers that almost every person I know that has an in-home boutique can order from. It's just marked up that extra 15% than I can buy it (the same exact stuff)from my friend for- that's how affiliates get paid. The other problem I see here is that anytime I think something might look cute they're out of the sizes all the time and probably half of their merchandise is sold out so they'll still show it to you but you can't buy it. It's called growing too fast and it's going to belly up if they can't sell what they don't have. No thanks I'll keep my 50 bucks
This is my go to online boutique. I love all their clothes and at a reasonable price. All clothing fits true to size or will be noted otherwise. Shipping is always fast even at standard shipping. Usually receive items same week as ordered!
I love the trendy clothes available for ALL sizes. If you need help finding a size you can chat with someone and they will help you. All the clothes I have bought have been good quality. My favorites are jeans and sweaters, but their accessories and shoes are fantastic too! Great customer service and Fast, Free delivery.
I order from Closet Candy at least once a week to once bi weekly. They have the cutest styles to choose from, and I have yet to ever be disappointed by an item I've ordered. Everything fits well and is great quality. Even better, their shipping is always free and arrives so quickly! Definitely my favorite boutique.
I purchased an item, went by their sizing guide and their models sizes (she was 5'6 and I am 5'2 so naturally a small would fit me) and was willing to pay to have item replaced and didn't even dispute their shipping policy (which is you pay) as long as they would honor the 10% discount I paid for the item initially. Fair? Their sizing is off... nope. I was so put off with the horrible customer service and their lack of cooperation to help me in anyway. I am stuck with $70.00 loungewear that should most certainly fit me. When I stated they would be losing a customer their response was "So sorry!" I have been shopping with Closet Candy for years and have absolutely loved every piece of clothing that I purchase. Every time I wear something from Closet Candy I get complemented on my clothes. I have since referred many friend to Closet Candy who have also fallen in love, like me. From tops and dresses to shoes and pants and even workout clothes, I can get everything I need to look adorable from this shop. I also love that every time you purchase, you get free shipping, it doesn't matter how much you order, shipping is always FREE! So it's basically like shopping in person but not having to go anywhere. I have never had sizing issues as they are great about explaining the size of the product on their website. The quality of the clothing has been great, nothing has not lasted me yet. I highly recommend Closet Candy for all clothing needs. I give this boutique 5 stars for sure!
CCB's merchandise is stylish and it lasts! All of the items that I purchased last winter are ready to go again for this season. I have yet to be disappointed. I've been so pleased with the items and their speedy shipping that I've had no need to contact customer service.
I don't ever really do reviews but this one I had to. I will never shop here again. Worst customer service and they are liars. I purchased an item and needed to return something. I emailed them asking how and they never responded as the site says they would. I called a week later and the gal said she would note my account and extend my return time. Unfortunately had some family issues out of the area and sent it in late asking for forgiveness and store credit. They emailed me back two weeks later saying no and that In order to get the stuff back I need to pay shipping back or it would be donated. Donated back to their stock I'm sure. I explained the situation and said I was never given a time frame to return and I did as soon as I came back. They didn't care and charged me again to get my items. Don't shop here. The clothes are midsized, cheap material and not worth the hype. Hope this saves someone else money!
The costumer service is horrible. The employees are beyond rude. My roommate purchased a shirt and saw her read the instructions. After getting it out of the wash the neck label came off and the fabric completely changed. Months later she found the same shirt for 1/2 the price on Amazon. Out of curiosity she bought it. It have a completely different label and laundry instructions and have no problems. Seems like they buy clothes from someone and changes labels as there own.
She was willing to send in the shirt to show them what happened after washing the shirt with CCB insertions. They ended up putting her on a "no ship" list and they wonder even respond to her.

I deleted an earlier review because I was upset that my order said it was delivered and it wasn't. At first I felt like although they were responsive I felt slighted because they didn't apology or seemed too worried but I wound up getting my order then next day and they did wound up apologizing and rectifying the situation so I felt I should write a review that reflected that exceeded my expectations after the snap judgement I probably also had in part of a bad mood and also it just being a very out of ordinary experience for me with my mail carrier. So thank you.
So something went wrong with my delivery and USPS said it was scanned as delivered but never showed up. It most likely an issue with USPS but my issue with closet candy is both on the phone and through email no apologize or anything to make me believe that this is a concern at all to them let alone they feel like they should rectify the situation just take it up with UPS. Really? First time customer out $114 not even a discount code on future orders offered? Classless.
I wish I had checked the customer service reviews before getting involved with this company. I ordered a pair of shorts that looked good on the model. However the the back are way too short! They refuse to give me a refund or store credit! I will never order from this company again. Very unhappy.
I ordered an item on November 6 for my girlfriend for Christmas. Most places offer extended returns starting November 1. Come to find out if I need to send it back I only have 30 days. I asked very nicely at first for a one time exception which I was denied and told the extended return policy for the holidays starts November 15. I was also told I need to research the policies before I order. Funny thing is I did and nowhere under returns does it show their extended return policy for Christmas. There sly and deceiving. They need to be more transparent.
I have ordered multiple times from CCB! They have wonderful quality clothing! They give very detailed information on their website in regards to sizing. If I have ever had any issues with an item not fitting correctly, they are prompt to respond to my emails. They are always willing to help to make sure you are happy with your items purchased. I love all my CCB clothing items and am a proud repeat customer!
They basically steal your money with their crap clothes and don't let you return or exchange. I bought 4 items from them and all but 1 had bad imperfections. I threw the other one away because their customer service, so basically the 200 that I spent there went in the garbage and was considered my loss. How do you not return clothes with holes in them? Bad, bad company. Read all their reviews. They are terrible!
I absolutely love shopping with Closet Candy! Not only are the clothes fantastic in quality and design but their team does an outstanding job going out of their way to make sure their customers are well taken care of. On one of my trips to the store I was in search of a jacket that I already owned in black but also wanted it in wine but they didn't have my size. Later that afternoon one of the associates emailed me to tell me that they found my size in one of the fitting rooms and that they would be happy to hold it for me until a certain day. I was absolutely ecstatic! I have never received that type of customer service anywhere else.

First off, the clothing often looks much different in person than they make it look on the models in the pictures. I'm not even just referring to the fit being different on someone who's 5' 7" 105 lbs and fake 32DDD boobs vs. a regular woman either. The fabric sheen and overall appearance of the entire item tends to be different. But if you want to return for anything other than a credit to their cheap online store, good luck. All they offer is an "e-gift card." Cheap clothes that you can easily get at your local stop-n-shop trend store, with a complicated return policy. No thanks. I don't buy from them anymore.

I'm not sure how in the world this makes us deceiving when it's written out for anyone to see and agree to this before checking out from our site.
