I had issues with the fit of my first pair. Customer service walked me through an exchange for another pair that would be a better fit. The return and exchange were easy and quick. Highly recommend anyone looking to get some eyewear at an affordable price.
I've had very good experiences with Clearly. They deliver on time and the product is high quality and yet at a reasonable cost. It's great to have a Canadian company providing this service and not having to pay in US dollars. Keep up the good work.

I have an account, so ordering was made extremely easy. I just had to choose to use my prescription on file and was able to order within a few minutes. The glasses did not take long at all and they feel great!

I ordered a few glasses and all came great, however the RayBans arrived with a lens fallen out. I called customer service and the team sent me a shipping label to ship the broken pair back, which was replaced by a new pair in a couple of days. Thanks!

I'm very pleased with the entire ordering and delivery process. At present because of the optometrists not accepting appointments for children and seniors in Ontario Clearly has been a godsend. I will be ordering all my contacts and getting my glasses from you (when I can get a new eyeglass prescription) in future
Update: Clearly mailed a case to me yesterday.
Original: I spent $238.35 on one pair of glasses. When I received it, I was surprised that the glasses had no case. I contacted customer service #1 right away and was told that she would put a request on my order. After half month, I still did not get either case nor update. Then I contacted customer service #2. I was told the same as service #1 which means that either the service #1 did not put in the request or no one took care of the request. I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours, and now it is 48 hours still no feedback. Clearly pretended to solve the problem and let the return date expire.

I've been trying out all the different online retailers just to see what they're like. I find none of them have good products and good service.
My experience: Glasses arrived in good time, probably about a weak. One of the lenses is loose but hasn't popped out yet - it just squeaks and moves around when cleaning it.
Chat customer service: I waited so long for the chat to come back that I forgot and turned off my computer. Emailed CS, but they never got back to me.
Also with the lenses, I feel like the PD is off or something. One of my eyes gets sore when wearing the glasses.
I paid $100 more from an optical place, but I think the quality is more solid. (Comparing name brand to name brand, but not the same brand)
About me: I am a human who likes long backgammon matches on the beach.
I'd include proof of purchase, but I didn't get a receipt.
Ordered new contacts but realized that my old shipping address was on the receipt. Swiftly contacted customer service, told them about the issue, they said "no problem, we've changed it". Well, they didn't. Had to go to my old address to retrieve the item. Not fun.

Never again will I order from this company or recommend them to anyone. They sent me the wrong order with one tinted lens and the other normal, so if I wanted to see properly I had to walk around like a lunatic with one dark eye lens (i didnt even order tinted glasses). The shipping was late and they made me pay to send back the incorrect glasses. On top of all that the help agent made me purchase a new pair then hung up on me before i could finalize a refund. I could go on but they are just far too upsetting. *******% would not recommend ever, they'll just screw you over and hold your money hostage. And now I'm stuck blind and can't drive before I travel. So so so dissatisfied and disappointed
Purchased contacts online, deliver time was quicker than expected.
Problem is I ordered the wrong ones, my mistake, ordered box of 90 (3 boxes of 30) for each eye. Didn't realize it until I put the first contacts in. Called Clearly and explained the situation. They said no exchange on open boxes even though 4 of the boxes are unopened and they do sell contacts in orders of 30 Said they will give 15% off reorder, that's what I got on the original order. Their exchange policy is crap

I ordered some new glasses after my previous ones got scratched. Since my prescription was already on file I quickly browsed for frames that matches the dimensions I wanted and used the virtual try on feature with my phone. I'd love more choices for longer arm frames, but I found ones I liked, clicked order, and they came through really quickly, even during quarantine times. The frames are great and look very trendy. Much more affordable than my local glasses store.

The contacts arrived very quickly, fit my prescription. No complaints about the contacts themselves. The emails can be a but annoying. I don't wear contacts every day(prefer my glasses for work) so I only ordered 10 pairs for special occasions etc. Getting "refill reminder" emails every few days is annoying and I haven't been able to find where I can control how many or what type of emails I receive from Clearly.
Clearly has always provided me with great service. I have never had a negative experience with them. My contact lenses are shipped quickly and I usually receive my orders without delay (with exception to my last order, but that was due to the major flooding and landslides in B. C. which disrupted mail delivery). Clearly always advised me of any updates to my orders so I could track them. I highly recommend this company to my friends or to anyone in need of prescription eyewear.
I have ordered from clearly many times. I'm obsessed with my new glasses. This time they gave me a free upgrade on my lenses instead of making me wait 8 weeks for the other lenses to be back in stock! Amazing customer service! I highly recommend ordered from Clearly!

I had trouble with frame sizes etc. Not obvious enough instructions for that online, I think. Called and Philip j was very patient and helpful. Frames needed some tweaking when arrived. Very happy with the new specs.

I have now ordered contacts twice and they arrived very quickly on both occasions. No problems at all - price was good - order was correct - no damage to packaging or contents. I would definitely order from Clearly again.

This was my first time ordering glasses online.
I dealt with a rep and ordered 2 pairs. When I initially received the order, I thought this was such a bad idea since they hurt my eyes so badly.
I called customer service because I wanted to returned them. Upon review it was discovered that something went wrong with the prescription.
She helped me to return the first set and reorder correctly.
I just say the second attempt was great and I am very satisfied with my frame, prescription, fit and overall service.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
