I have ordered my contact lenses from Clearly for 2 years in a row now. They show up at my house just days after I place the order, and I find the prices to be better than other sites.

Easy to navigate thru site to find what i want. Competitive prices. Was not in a rush to get my contacts so it was ok that i had to wait for out of stock items. Received in ample time and was notified promptly when one of the items needed to be restocked and will be late, and then again when it was mailed. Fast delivery once mailed, with tracking details.
The glasses are as described and look like they did in the virtual preview. The white arms are pretty and add a great accent. Shape is also unique and unlike the ones I've worn before. The individual reviews helped me choose this type of glasses for smaller faces.
Very happy with my new glasses. I have a very high prescription (-11) and had put off getting a replacement pair of glasses for many years, even though my old glasses had scratched lenses. The cost my optometrist quoted me was just too high... $660 and that was with his most inexpensive frames. My clearly glasses cost a fraction of that and are perfect! I am very happy to finally have new glasses. They got the prescription perfect as well. Will definitely order from Clearly again.
Quick, pretty straightforward. I purchased the higher indexed option (thinner lenses) with coatings, as well as progressive (the cheaper of the two versions).
Not that inexpensive when all added up, but slightly less than half the price from a local optical shop. Lense and coating quality seems excellent. No complaints.

I've been getting my contacts at Clearly since I started wearing them about 6 years ago. I'm always impressed that I get my contact lenses within 2-3 days of ordering, even before COVID. It's even more impressive now, considering the massive delays worldwide. Keep it up!
Fast delivery. Product as described. Clear instructions on how to order my lenses. Only wish shipping and insurance cost was free or at least cheaper. Really makes a huge difference in cost. I'll be checking out other providers too for future purschases.

Was travelling and in BC without any contact lenses (not good for surfing). Called about 10 eyewear stores asking if the had contacts in stock. One did, but wouldn't sell me any since I didn't have my prescription. Ordered from clearly and problem solved within 2 days.
The frames were exactly as shown in the pictures. I like them on my face. My prescription is as I ordered it. The lens in the left eye arrived slightly 'damaged' or the film was not applied correctly. Near the nose piece and the lower left corner of the lenses the glass looks broken, but does not affect my vision. I did not notify Clearly of the minor error. I was just glad to get affordable glasses during a pandemic. Thank you, Clearly. I look forward to buying more.

The experience was okay I have ordered from you before, and been very happy. My only complaint is that the frames of the glasses I bought are not the quality I would have expected from RayBan and I would have chosen a different frame had I known they were lower quality. I cannot replace them at this point as I have to wait for my benefits for two years, so I am stuck with them. My previous orders have been fine but these are quite cheap for the price I paid. Is there any policy for that with you, if a customer is not happy with the quality can they be replaced with an alternative?

However, you have to enter a discount code to get either one, and you can only enter one discount code. So what they are offering is a $5 discount. I called to get the free shipping with the 15% discount, which they finally did when I pointed out how silly this promotion is. I was also told this would be a one time deal. Why do companies make marketing schemes that only frustrate customers. I will be looking for an alternate source for my contacts online. I found it interesting reading all the reviews about bad service!
Website is super easy to use, love the feature where you can try on glasses using FaceTime! Glasses arrived quickly and order was perfect, plus they give 40% off your first pair! After placing my order I was informed that the glass option I used was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked in a week, so they sent the more expensive instock ones no extra charge. Pretty good service

Good experience ordering from clearly... product was shipped and arrived on time. But I expect nothing less these days, I mean mailing a small package in a timely manner is not quantum physics. As for the product itself... worst lenses I've ever used. Crappy Daily's that fall out if you blink. The reason they are called disposable is because the best place for them is in the bin! Not ordering again, will stick to the trusted monthlys I have been using for years.

I ljust moved from downtown Toronto to the northern countryside, very rural, so I was worried at first about being able to access contact lenses when I needed them, as I'm not much of a buy in bulk kind of person (my budget doesn't allow for it). Been a Clearly customer for probably close to 15 years at this point. Never had an issue finding my prescription for contact lenses or the brands I'm used to. Never thought I'd have to switch providers, but apparently tonight was the night. After searching their site for a good 20 minutes, entering my prescription on every contact option that wasn't dailies, I kept seeing the same message: "Your prescription is not available." As someone who has a higher prescription, Clearly has always been my go-to. But it looks like they're not carrying options for me anymore. Went to another site and had no issue finding my prescription (and this new company donates to charity on each order -- I can choose the charity, too). Clearly not a winner anymore.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
