When we went to pickup my order the young man that served use could not find it. It took him three tries before the manager returned with my glasses.
The young man may have been new, but in the past, the young ladies always helped us quickly and never had a problem locating product in the store.
U had a similar looking frame before from clearly 1 mm wider but did not had spring hinges on it and the frame use to lose shape, these ones solves that problem looks almost identical to the old ones but more sturdy
I always order this product from you. I've been wearing this product for year. This batch seemed to have a lot of faulty contact. They had tears or folds in them when I opened them. No fault of yours, it's the company.
We ordered two glasses from this site, hassle free.
I have only one concern, the Ray-Ban sunglasses I received doesn't have Ray-Ban logo on top of the glass.
But the glasses were customized, so not sure whether it's a miss or what.

My prescription was written wrong- entirely human error on my part. When I got the wrong glasses, I contacted support and they offered me a full refund and applied my coupon code again. Wonderful customer service for such a big company. Thanks.

Sandra V greeted my daughter and I at the Chinook store and was so welcoming. She helped me pick out my glasses and offered so many different suggestions and ideas. You really need to keep her around. She made my experience what it was, fantastic! I can't recommend her enough. She was so kind, funny, patient and just overall a great person. I highly recommend going in store to try the glasses on plus you get whatever promo is online, in store!
The experience was relatively easy, but I found the try on option a bit cumbersome. Pricing and results were good though. Delivery time is good. The only downside is that if glasses do not fit properly, you have to find someone to adjust them for you if you are not near a Clearly Outlet.

Order was received in a timely fashion but not sure what is wrong with the contacts. I order often and have for a few years now. Too many of this batch (and the last) were not comfortable, they were either rolled in the package and seemed to get a crease or there was no visible defection but after only minutes were uncomfortable and had to be thrown out and wasted. This time the problem is with the -4.00 and last time it was a more of an issue with the -4.75.
Ordered from Clearly when Costco eye clinic said they wanted me to get another eye exam before I could buy my old prescription contacts. I knew that my eyes haven't changed so I didn't want to waste 100$ on a exam again. Checked out clearly and ordered that day. Order came on time and contacts work great. Do recommend
I was a little skeptical about ordering something online that you put in your eyes. However, the orders were fast, correct and well worth it.

Ordering and payment all went fine as usual. Upon receipt, I noticed that my glasses were crooked when I opened the box and retrieved the glasses from the black pouch they come in. The left wire frame was severely bent making them lopsided when I tried to wear them. The left side has a sharp bend in them and while they are usable, this is perfect.

I was I'm properly fitted so when glasses arrived, there was no way they could successfully be adjusted to fit. So I had to reorder a different frame and go through the process again.

Picked glasses online after dealing exclusively with a different online glasses company the last few years. Because of my son's unique prescription they were unable to satisfy the order and I checked elsewhere online one found clearly. Ordered once and the order was filed perfectly.

Experience was good although I had made 2 appointments and both were cancelled the day of. Actually on my way to appointment. Very much had confidence in the doctor who I ended up visiting. Staff were excellent helping me with the choice of my glasses.

I have never ordered glasses online before so I was a bit hesitant, but they helped me out through the whole process via phone and email. The best part was my progressive prescription was right the first time!
Glasses came in when expected. Great quality. A little small but was expecting that. The payment process was confusing. Deposit, deposit returned without notification and then billed when shipped. Thought I was double charged.

The experience ordering this time was smooth although the time it took to receive the contact lenses was a bit slow (about 1 week and a half). I'm so used to 1 to 2 day delivery times from Amazon that 1.5 weeks feels long now. Otherwise, very good.
I ordered contacts the last week of November. I paid for quicker delivery.
My order was supposed to be delivered in early December. When my estimated delivery date had passed with no shipment notification or other communication, I reached out to customer service. They told me there had been delays from the supplier but they should be shipped out on the following Tuesday and that I would receive communication from support. Another week and a half went by with no communication so I reached out again. This time customer service again communicated there were delays from the manufacturer but should again ship out by Tuesday. Eventually I received the contacts I ordered - a month after I'd placed my order.
There was no indication when I ordered that there were potential supplier delays.
There was no communication from clearly that my order was delayed except when I reached out directly looking for updates.
I find all of that very frustrating and inconsiderate
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and was shocked at the variety and how well priced they were (I like a certain shape and nose pads). Received all 3, and super happy with all of them! I've ordered from other online places before and was always disappointed. The quality of Clearly frames is awesome, and I seriously have to decide which one I want to wear each day as I love all 3 of them! Definitely purchasing from here again!
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
