I ordered the anti-fog lenses, and oh my, it is nice to be able to see while wearing a mask. Then I ordered 2 more pairs, one helpful blue light protections from electronics, and again, it is so helpful to have lenses suited to activities. All three pairs are very attractive, fit well, and the prices were excellent. I'll be purchasing sunglasses soon.
Accurate delivery date, quality frames and lenses. Although it took 2 weeks to get, they were delivered on the date that they said when purchased.
Glasses and lens are great quality. Frames are comfortable and light. They feel slightly on the cheap side, but only time will tell on durability. For the price and lens quality, it's awesome. It's my first pair of blue light glasses, and I hardly notice a difference in everyday use, but my eyes do feel more relaxed while on a device.
I really liked my new glasses and sunglasses. My only con was I did reach out to customer service twice to change my sunglasses to the tortoise shell arms instead of pink immediately after my order was placed online. I was told no problem it would be changed after going through 2 different reps. The first had me holding and the conversation just stopped and transferred to a new person. I had to explain everything again. I was told it was all changed and then still ended up with the pink armed sunglasses. I just kept them ad it would have been a hassle to send back.
First I ordered glasses that were not the right size for me. I struggled with wearing them for awhile then reached out to customer service who sent me a return authorization and instructed me on how to order the size that was right for me. My new glasses have been good. I would recommend this site to someone else. I also recommend making sure you know how to pick the right size of frames for you... talk to customer service to make sure - they are really nice.
Used to be good but quality and customer service is no longer available. Glasses fall apart and they do not stand behind their product. I was told to go to an eye glass store to repair their product? Glasses are very cheap quality and do not fit properly, case is made out of cardboard. Staff used to care about customer service now they just don't seem to care. I will go back to Costco who stand behind their products.
Easy user friendly website. Contacts came on time with correct prescription. I have a double astigmatism and wanted to try coloured contacts. Although airoptix isn't specific for astigmatism, the soft lenses make them comfortable to wear. There is not astigmatism correction which is noticeable only after sunset.
Love the convenience but hate the high shipping and insurance fees! Especially a barrier when you need a smaller order, it negates any savings over retailers.
Also wish that you could use the free shipping and discount codes together, as is standard practice for other online retailers.
Insurance shouldnt be a requirement of ordering, but an option.
Also ship to store option should be free, as an alternate method for customers who want to save the high ship/insurance costs.
These issues have annoyed me enough over the last few years, Ive decided to make a point to buy elsewhere going forward unless this changes.

After ordering 4 packs of 90-day daily lenses that I've been wearing for years, the 4th box I opened made my eyes extremely dry and sore. After going to my Optometrist, he confirmed my eyesight is fine (no changes), and gave me some samples of the exact same lenses I ordered. They worked perfectly and gave me no discomfort whatsoever - confirming that the contacts from Clearly were faulty. After speaking with numerous customer service reps on the phone, they repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do. Finally, I convinced them to send me a replacement, but ONLY IF they found they were fault themselves after sending them the lenses. I will never order from this company again. Save yourselves time and money, and go to your Optometrist and ask for a price match! Truly TERRIBLE experience.
Extremely fast delivery! I have been wearing contact lens for almost 3 decades and these by far top one of the most comfortable contact lens yet, (Everclear Plus) so will definitely keep buying in the future.

My order exceeds the expected delivery date. I contacted custom services 3 times through online checking to check my order status, the staff told me the shipping label has been created long time ago, don't know the reason why it wasn't shipped right away. Other than that, the lenses are great!

Clearly has made my life so much easier. I often move to different locations as a seasonal worker, and over the past year I've lived in 2 small, remote locations in Canada... YET, my contacts are always delivered quickly and easily, so I don't have to go without being able to see (... and I often wait til I'm on my last pair of monthlys before I put an order in). It's even faster than ordering directly from my eye doctor ever was back when I was living in a city.

Received a set of glasses. Didn't work out as they didn't fit my face without affecting my vision. Contacted customer service through chat and got a chance to speak with Rona. She spent a ton of time walking me through the problem and even figured out a solution and emailed me follow up. Ultimately, I opted to return and select a new set of glasses and connected through chat again - just so happened I got Rona again. She literally spent a couple of hours on the chat exclusively with me selecting frames where I would not have any issue as I did with the problem frames, then offered me price matching as well. Thank you!
Always had a good experience with clearly and it was no different this time. My only complaint is that their shipping estimates are horribly off (almost always) but usually products arrive much faster than anticipated.
Products are good quality and price is better than most shops around. And shipping to home is convenient.
Great selection online, ordering process is easy if you have your script make sure to get the PD measurement right. I got mine wrong as its not easy so make sure you measurement written on your script. Even though the lenses were not right (my fault) they exchanged within 3 weeks. Top grade

Always love your quick service and glasses. The last two that I received are too wide and fall off my face when I lean forwards. Not sure what to do about that. I could send them back but I need them?

I only use clearly for ordering contacts, however I am in the market for some glasses now so that might change. I love using clearly to order my contacts, always has great deals, shipping is super fast (which is great because I always forget to order until the last minute), and once when I made a mistake on my order it was super simple to have it fixed. 10/10 would recommend
Although there was a slight mix-up with the delivery address, the glasses arrived on time and at the correct location. Customer service was also quick to respond, even though the actual correction was made by Canada Post (who handled the delivery). Glasses were usable right from the box; further adjustments were also helpful for one of the frames.

My experience has been very good with one exception. Not this past order but the order before a) took a VERY long time to arrive and b) had a few broken seals on the individual contact packaging and were dried out.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
