I rarely write reviews but I received such an exceptionally great customer service, that I feel I should write one.
They have a straightforward site and explain their ordering process well, got a notification that my lenses were mailed with a tracking number the very next day. I have already received my lenses and I am wearing them as I type this! And it was a good price too!
I was hesitant to buy my glasses online as i was concern about how it will fit and filing it with my insurance. But turns out everything went well and I didn't encounter any of these problems I was worried about. I would definitely recommend it. Its even way cheaper than the glasses that are sold in store.
I had a new and stronger prescription, so I knew it would take a bit before my Progressives felt good. It took three weeks, but from the start I could tell these glasses were made perfectly, as my vision wasn't blurred. This time Cleary really restored my confidence in their glasses, as I love wearing these! I can see even small text writing!
It was worth paying more for thinner lenses and the anti-smudge coating as well. Thank you!
Bought contacts dec 31 2019 - went to eye doctor aug 2020 and its been 2 years since my last exam and my prescription changed - i still have 2 boxes of unopened contacts that they can't even exchange for my new prescription

The experience Clearly delivers is great. Selection, customer service, price, discounts... all excellent. My frames came and they seem a little smaller than I expected and what displayed on the "Try Frames On" functionality. Which, by the way, is fantastic. I blame me for not measuring the dimensions against my old frames. I would have selected larger than I did. Had this been a local shop, I wouldn't have walked out with these specific frames, but for online and all the positives, I'm good with them. The return process is relatively painless so I could have returned these - as I have others in the past - but I needed a new set asap so here we are. I strongly recommend Clearly for ordering On-Line. Thank you for the great customer support!

I found the app relatively easy to use - i. E. try on glasses. Glasses arrived as per delivery estimate and in good condition.
The glasses themselves are a little light in construction - which makes them relatively comfortable but I wonder about their durability - likely the brand because I had not bought that brand before. I went for the cheaper ones just because it was my first time ordering. They need some adjusting but that is to be expected. The true test will be when I ask my eye specialist to see if the presciption was done correctly.

You folks forgave the mistake I made with my prescription and sent another pair. If that isn't extraordinary service I don't know what is.
The choice you have in frames compared to what's out there is really fun. My last pair were yellow and my most recent were plum.
I shake my head at people who prefer to pay $1000 thinking they are getter a better quality. I've converted a few. You make it so easy!
For a first time online purchase of glasses, the experience was not bad and I'm happy with my glasses. Took a while for my eyes to adjust, particular the left eye, but after a few weeks of wearing it, I'm now satisfied with my purchase. The website has a lot of helpful pages if you have questions, and the chat was also very helpful. The virtual try on could be a bit more accurate in terms of the size of the glasses, and I wish it was available for all the glasses, but it was otherwise useful as well.

Hello, I started buying glasses and contact lens on-line to Clearly Contacts (as it was named before) years ago in Canada. I am 100% satisfied with the quality, price, delivery time, return experience, and overall costumer service. I never used any other local optic, or online service because Clearly is the best for me and my family. My last order was on Nov 2019 and I am very happy with the two glasses purchased. Unfortunately people with positive experiences does not take time for sharing good reviews.

The person who packages the contacts always puts in some kind of candy (which I LOVE!)—it's so cute and unique! Shipping is always fast, their website is easy to navigate, the package is easily tracked, and the frequent deals make it the best destination for eyewear (at least for me!).
Where are the cases? Three pairs no cases no I have to spend $50 plus to get them. You changed the product offering on me, I am not happy
And what a waste of paper at least give me the option to order eye glass cases like some retailers do

My order is always received super quickly, and it's always exactly what I ordered. I have been using Clearly for years now, and I'm a huge fan. I'm not sure how to rate/review because the seller, Clearly, is great (easy to buy, great website, reasonable prices), but one of the lenses had a rip in it and scratched my eye after only a couple days (only a few hours of use).

Took weeks literally for my contacts to arrive. I realize there were some extenuating circumstances with the flooding in BC, but waiting weeks as opposed to overnight/2 day delivery was disappointing. Also, huge lack of communication with my order status. As in no communication.

I have been a long-standing customer with clearly and have made several purchases all but one order was not to my satisfaction and clearly was quick to refund my purchase. I have recently purchased a new pair of readers and they are awesome and fit perfectly! Also, I was alerted by clearly of a sale/promotion they were having and I was happy they did as it save me also $100 on frame and lenses (special blue light lenses offered to protect my eyes from blue light while working on my computer)

This was a very good experience. Way better than a previous competitor. Very caring and prompt communication to make sure everything was correct with the prescription prior to making the eye wear. All fit great. Very pleased. Will highly recommend Clearly and will purchase from them again.
My glasses were made and shipped in a remarkably short time! Both pairs arrived in excellent condition in sturdy boxes. I am a long-time customer of Clearly and definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service is top-notch, too! I lost a nose pad on a pair several years ago, and they sent me a nose pad kit for free, along with a Tim Hortons gift card for my trouble (even though it wasn't really much trouble). When the nose pads didn't fit properly for my particular pair, they sent a whole new pair as a replacement. They should be quoted in customer service text books, they are fantastic!
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
