Easy to navigate website, good prices and lots to choose from. Check out process was easy and my contacts arrived earlier than I expected. Well packaged. Unfortunately the contacts that I chose were probably not the perfect choice for me but I will continue to use clearly.ca.
My second last set of Rigid contacts was the best made set I've ever had. The dot on the right lens was still showing and the electric blue color for the left made it much easier to see and find. They wore a lot better so I reordered exactly the same. It was easy to just use the last order to reorder and they can sooner that expected. Only complaint I have is the first email for this survey had a broken link and with the amount of phishing emails around these days I was not happy about getting an email when my order status shows as delivered
I am happy with the service. Had to wait for back ordered lenses but that can't always be helped. Wish shipping was free. And I was disappointed with the first contact lens from the box. Must be defect in the lens. I can see bubble on the lens which irritates my eye immediately when placing in my eye. Can't wear it, and bifocal contact lenses are expensive. Other than that, will continue to order from Clearly.

I was treated well when I presented my broken frame and all the details were handled efficiently. It took much longer than expected for me to receive the replacement frames because I was not notified that the frame had arrived at the store. Waiting an extra 2 weeks was not comfortable nor easy. The new frame was immediately applied pleasantly and efficiently.

I ordered two pairs of glasses with prescription lenses for $128. I ordered them both on a friday and received them the following tuesday. They sent me several confirmation emails immidiately and kept me up to date as to when it shipped. Amazing service and a great company. I will be ordering all of my future glasses through Clearly contacts. I don't think there is another site that can provide as fast and reliable service to it's customers.
I have purchased many pairs of glasses from Clearly without a problem, but my recent order's prescription seemed to be off. I contacted your service number and the agent was very helpful and quickly solved the problem (wrong type of lens). I returned the pair that were sent and a replacement pair were sent out, and received efficiently. Kudos to all involved.
I ordered my contacts and they showed up on time despite the possibilities of delays due to Covid-19 and other hurdles.
Easy to use site. Found my make, model, and prescription no problem. The price sucks... but that's not a reflection of Clearly.ca... I was blessed with a different prescription in each eye. So actually, relatively speaking the price is reasonable. All in all, for the sake of ease and convenience, and the newly adopted habit of not wanting to go out into public spaces, I will likely be shopping with Clearly again in 6 months time.

I've been buying my eyeglasses and contacts from Clearly for years. The prices are unbeatable. The quality is great. Every order arrives quickly and is exactly what was ordered every time. I won't buy from anywhere else.
Compared with my last pair of konishi frames these are not very good. The arms flair out at the sides which seems to reduce the over length of the arms. Mine barely make it behind my ears and I have had many near misses where the glasses almost came off my face onto the floor because of this. Another disappointment was the choice of colors with only a forest green and white to choose from.

Great place to purchase your contacts! I saved so much ordering from here and they even arrived with an extra contact case aaannnddd a little bag of gummy bears :). Shipping was pretty fast, I will definitely be ordering from here from now on.

Unlike last time, the delivery operator never called to inform of delivery. Went to our lobby to check on my own and found the item in a communal area.
Later that night, received an email confirming delivery was made and dropped off - time (obviously) was not accurate.
I'm satisfied with the contacts, but not the delivery service.

As always my contacts arrived as order but sadly the free sunglasses, that were the incentive to order contacts before I needed them, broke the second time I wore them. I Will continue to order online when I absolutely need to but will not be swayed by an offer of free items in the future

Easy buying experience and they arrived ahead of schedule. The polarized lenses are great, very crisp, no glare, and they stay clean longer than my other glasses. The optional C Shield coating seems worth the extra cost. To get the propper fit the frame requires a lot of heat to bend or it'll break.

I've been a customer of clearly for years and every year they get worse.
This year I've had it, my glasses broke after a single day of use, one the adjustable nose pads broke right off with minimal amount force.
I emailed and phoned the same day sending images of it, then I thought I started a replacement but no 7 days later I checked up on it after receiving nothing, no emails, no follows ups, nothing.
It turns out they never got my photo's which I sent multiple times and I had no idea where even necessary to start the replacement.
I end up phoning a few times over a few days and getting some crap about how it's my fault they broke, after explaining just how easily they broke, I've owned many pairs of glasses with adjustable nose pads and never had one snap off.
Clearly they do not care about inconveniencing the customer, I'll shop elsewhere.
I didn't know what I was doing, trying to order my contacts. So I hit the chat button and had the best customer service. He set everything up for me and about 3 days later my contacts arrived. The emails sent confirming my order, the delivery date and official receipt for my benefits were also awesome.

The website is quite good and the staff are even more amazing in person. They really accomodated us when we wanted to try out different styles and they gave us very personalized advice since I needed to do housework and not as much time before screens.

I input the wrong prescription and called to do an exchange. The representative walked me through the process and we have the correct glass on the way in no time. My son loves being able to see so clearly ( ;)) now.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
