Received my order in 2 days time, and it was as ordered. Tried a new brand of lenses and found them super comfortable.

Everyone there was super professional and helpful and kind from beginning to end. The process was so easy! I found out about this program just in time as my daughter is turning 11 soon. I had just purchased glasses for her 6 mths before and she already needed a new prescription. I'm very thankful for this opportunity and appreciate Clearly Glasses' generosity and this program!

This was my first experience with Clearly. My prescription is pretty heavy so had been hesitant to order online. The suggestions provided for frames that "work" with my prescription was very helpful. The first pair I ordered were wrong in many ways (including my selection) but with Mo's expert help the second pair were great - they are difficult progressives. And less tha a third of what i have paid in the past.

Had quite the extensive journey getting contacts for the first time! I'd tried a few at my optometrist but due to the pandemic felt more comfortable ordering online. I spoke to about 5 different representatives, all of which were incredibly patient and fun to talk to! There were a few complications by no fault of anyone but technology and miscommunication but it was handled perfectly!
I received my complete order. While my glassed were perfect, my wife is having difficulty seeing properly with hers. She has already visited your retail store in our city for an adjustment, but continues to experience difficulties. She will continue to wear, and may need to visit your store again for further adjustments.

Experience was good, but I didn't realize that there needs to be a specific contact prescription. I put in my eye prescription for bifocal contacts and I am having a very hard time seeing up close for reading. Apparently this should be adjusted for contacts? I may get glasses online in the future but will not be getting contacts online again.

Unfortunately, your contact lens prescription tends to vary from your glasses prescription as the lenses sit directly on your eye vs. 1-2mm for your eye. We recommend consulting your eye care professional before trying a new product. They will measure the diameter and base curve of your eye and give you trial lenses based on your contact lens fitting, medical history, and eye exam. We apologize for any confusion! First time buying contacts online. I usually get a my yearly prescription renewal through my optometrist but with COVID this year I didn't have my appointment. I was running low and on advice from a friend placed an order with Clearly. It was easy to figure out which contacts were for me, the price was cheaper than what I normally pay and the shipping was quick. Will do it again.

It was a seamless experience to order my lens pack from Clearly. The same pack of lenses is sold at a higher rate at retail stores. I'm glad I ordered my pack online with them and will definitely continue to do so. If you know your prescription, you would not face any issues. The delivery was pretty fast too. I got my pack within a week in spite of Covid.
Hi, I received my eyeglasses four to five weeks ago. I was thrilled to have them! It just took me a few days to get used to this new prescription. It is great! However, there is something that is new to me: these eyeglasses are slipping down my nose. Could you please tell what I could do to avoid it? Because of the pandemic, I am not allowed to go to an eyeglasses store to have them fixed. I would really appreciate your help and I do thank you all for such great service. God bless you.

Ordering from clearly was crazy simple. My order arrived the next day! Everything was packaged with care. I could tell that it wasn't just tossed into a $#*!ty box, then kicked down the hallway and used as a puck for the shipping guys street hockey tournament.
Anyway, really happy with my experience and will continue to order from clearly in the future.
Very good experience through the whole process but noticed that the right eye lense is not correct. Can't see clearly on the right eye.
I gave it a bit of time thinking that I had to adapt to new glasses but no improvement

I have used this brand of contacts for many years, so there are no surprises about how good they are. I like them, I find they fit me very well. The order and delivery was very quick, and it was much faster and cheaper than getting them in person. I will do this again.
Since the pandemic started I've began using clearly to get my contacts delivered to my home. Quick shipping and it was very easy to find my contacts on the website. Invoice was provided so I could submit to my insurance provider for reimbursement. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them so far so I recommend them to anyone considering placing an order.
Very smooth experience, the glasses looks great and is high quality. Looks better than the tool.
The return policy was reassuring since sometimes glasses are made and not quite right, but in this case didn't need that since the glasses come perfectly.
Given how easy this is, never going to do glasses shop again.
I ordered contacts that were listed on their website as available and were supposed to ship in 5 days. After purchasing I received an email saying that the product was on back order and that my estimated delivery date was in over a month away (I would've cancelled the order at this point, but I did not have the time or energy to call to do so). If I knew they were just ordering from the supplier and it was going to take a month and a half, I would've just gone to Costco instead. They automatically offered me a $10 off coupon for the delay, but the coupon expires in 3 months from issue, so not very useful. Just go to Costco instead.

Went into the store in Toronto, during the height of covid 19. Had a great experience, felt safe, staff were actively monitoring & cleaning store. I Spoke with a staff member, who asked a few questions, actually listened and gave a few recommendations, and they were great glasses. They were offering a promo, which proved a great price for 2 pair of glasses. Quick shipping, received on time.
Now, I've been wearing the glasses a couple weeks, they did need a couple small adjustments (as usual). And they are comfy glasses. Top quality. Look good, feel good, wear them all day long.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
