The frame style is nice and the lenses are fine, but they are so loose! I cannot even look down at my phone without them falling off my face. I had to buy a sport strap just to keep them from constantly falling on the floor.
I had emailed cc before I bought as the frames I originally wanted were out of stock. The person who replied was very helpful and suggested alternates. My glasses arrived quickly and were exactly what I was hoping they would be and at a great price.
I'm happy with the overall transaction but I'm very disappointed on the expiry date of one of the boxes. It's expiring April 2022 & I may not use them all by then.
Samuel went to a lot of work to try to resolve this issue. Unfortunately due to the manufacturer I was unable to get a later expiry date. I understand this is out of Clearly's control.
I had a bit of a hard time trying to place my order so I called in and the rep was so nice and helpful! Placed my order for me and I got it the NEXT day and they were exactly what I wanted. I was somewhat apprehensive to try ordering glasses online without physically trying them on even though the price seemed too good. The virtual try on view was good at giving a good idea of the look but of course not the feel. I found the frames I liked and selected the lenses to my prescription. The glasses arrived in good time and the frames were extremely comfortable on my face BUT the prescription was off by a lot. Turns out "I" made a mistake in giving the numbers correctly. I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful. Together we entered the right prescription, they sent me a return mailing slip, I packed and returned the old glasses and received my new ones. They work amazingly and I am very happy with my new glasses. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
Good - timely delivery. Happy with lenses, a little disappointed with the frames, a bit flimsy and tend to slide down.

I returned my first pair of glasses which was a super easy and smooth process, and got a new pair which is a much better fit for me. Clearly made it very simple and quick and they were extremely pleasant to deal with.
This was the best experience I've had ordering glasses. The whole process is quick, easy and you don't even have to leave the house. The delivery is fast, product quality is great.

As far as using my prescription and ordering lenses is concerned I feel really comfortable with Clearly. I think if I were being more picky I would want to try a bunch of different lenses to see what works best for me at a certain price, but I just asked someone what they used and bought that.

I've purchased 2 pairs of prescription glasses from clearly.ca. The quality of both was not what I expected. The frames are not worth the "discounts" applied. In the end, they were really quite expensive. The 2nd pair's frame cracked at the top of the frame and eventually the arm broke off also. Small details that were missing from the frames (i. E. quality of "plastic" and "aluminum" used and lack of flexible frames). The scratch resistant coating makes it difficult to clean the lenses thoroughly. I have a number of old pairs of glasses that I will revert back to until I purchase my next pair, at the onsite store located in my Optometrist's office. Reviews are important!

I ordered my contacts for "next day" delivery. I emailed customer service and was met with multiple challenges. There's a different agent who responds each time, so you get different answers throughout a thread which is really frustrating. After several different answers explaining why my contacts were delayed, I called and spoke to someone on the phone. The agent on the phone confirmed the contacts were in the warehouse and getting ready to be shipped out. Almost immediately after, I received an email from another customer service agent who then said they didn't know when they would receive them and whenever they did, they would be shipped it in 3-4 days. The whole ordeal was so confusing. I ended up calling again and it was confirmed that they would be sent out that day (which was now a week of waiting for them). I just found the mixed messaging really frustrating but the contacts themselves and the ease of ordering were great.

It was a very good process with the ability to see how I look in the glasses before purchasing. It was a bit confusing about the sizing and measurements but it did work out. The glasses do sit a bit higher than expected on my nose but the quality was well worth the purchase. I would do again, however, a bit leary as to the continued add-ons and up selling for thinner frames, etc...

Great products, came very quickly, easy to shop from! I would LOVE it if they could put a virtual thing on their site so people can upload their photo's and see what the glasses would look like on their face, that would make me buy glasses from there, other than that good!

Nice choices of glasses for a decent price. The lens could have been 50 $ more expensive and my insurance would still have covered it. My favorite product was just this one!
Got scared to buy glasses online. Went to the store to take my measurement and it was very easy.
Initially The glasses I received seem to be extra bendy and have no grip, they constantly fell of my face, eventually this caused my arm to bend as I was attempting to catch them. Megan W. From clearly reached out to me to offer to send a new pair to see if we can try again, as I have purchased other pairs of glasses from clearly that I was already satisfied with, perhaps this unsatisfactory pair had a defect, I look forward to receiving my replacement pair, and I really appreciate the effort and customer service I received!

I am happy with the price, how quickly it came and how the glasses fit. I have never had two pairs of glasses before. I ordered these to have a second style option when I wear different outfits. However, every time I switch glasses everything looks all distorted, like when you first change prescriptions. I am wondering if I messed something up on my order. FYI, I have progressives so maybe the size of the lens is making the difference.

It was very easy to order & came quickly. Within a couple of days of putting in my order I received a receipt that stated I could use it to claim through my insurance company. I filled out the claim & was reimbursed the next day. If I'd known it was this easy to order my contacts online I would have done it sooner. Saved nearly $40 doing it myself rather than going through the optometrist's office for the same thing.

So ive ordered multiple times from you and there is always issues and delays that are never communicated unless you call in and even then your never told the right information by the people you speak one always blaming the last rep for incorrect information. This time it was quick but my glass dont fit even with the same specs as my last pair they fall off my face constantly. Ive taken them to be adjusted which i was told in store they were bent! This time they came quick but again an issue that im going to just go and spend more at the store because at least then i know ill get it on time and they will fit right! I gave this a 1 star review not 5 star as they are displaying fyi
The contacts I received are probably the worse dailies I have tried. Last max 5-6 hours before it gets super dry and uncomfortable. I feel like I received a super old box or something because the contacts don't look or feel fresh. Most look crinkled and don't hold a spherical shape when I open a new pair. Bought 2 boxes of the dailies aquacomfort 90 and would not try them again.

Contact lenses are not a one-size-fits-all product - they are made with various different materials and come in different sets of parameters which are not always suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting your eye care professional before trying out a new product. Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
