My only other option for contacts is Costco and they don't deliver. This took only a couple of days and arrived in perfect condition at my door. My previous glasses order were equally convenient and prompt.

Decent production and delivery time, the parcel tracking was great. Product arrived in good condition and I was pleased with the packaging. My new prescription sunglasses are amazing at blocking the glare while driving. The frames are a bit loose so I probably need to get them adjusted. I wore them on top of my head when I went outside to sweep snow off my car. It was -34'C and when I got in the car I put the sunglasses down on my face and the lens popped out onto my lap! I've pushed it back into the frame but it doesn't seem to be sitting right.
It was a very positive experience in every way, from the ease of ordering to the prompt delivery of my contacts. By the time I placed my order I had used my last lens and it tore so I was having to use my glasses, which is not optimum. Initially I had been told that there would be delay, but I was surprised that they arrived sooner than had been anticipated, thanks to Clearly I was back wearing contacts in no time.
While I have bought online with Clearly before there is always the concern that the frames won't look good on me in the real world, and that they won't fit properly.
If you have an up to date prescription then you shouldn't have a problem with the lenses.
I'm happy to say that everything worked out with my latest purchase. Only the arms needed a little adjustment to stop the glasses slipping down my nose.
Ordered glasses from clearly for my first time. Lenses came with scratches so I sent them back to be replaced. When I received my replacement glasses they came in a soft shell sun glass case? I emailed customer service because originally my glasses came in a hard shell case specific to eye glasses and I will not be able to put them in my back pack in a soft shell. They put a $15 credit on my account which is not helpful at all because I can't buy a hard case off their site … I will not purchase from clearly again, nor will I recommend them to friends or family because of this. They messed up my lenses and then won't send me the proper case for my eye glasses.

The fit is great. I have these in normal glasses as well as sunglasses. I am so happy with them and love this style. It is hard for me to find proper fitting glasses because I have chubby cheeks and when I smile my glasses tend to go up, but that doesn't happen with these glasses which is why I like them soo much.
I ordered glasses and contacts, the contacts were fine, but the glasses (same prescription) have a strange ‘fish eye' sensation, perhaps related to the shape of the frames? I would love for someone at clearly to contact me as I am not happy with them. Please note that I waited to try them for awhile to ensure it was not just the new prescription.

I had a great experience as far as customer service. I ordered a pair that was too big and had to return them. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. However, the measurements on the replacement pair are off and definitely not as they should be. Also wonder about the prescription and if it's actually correct. They lenses are also very difficult to keep clean. I paid for what I received but likely won't order again.

I love the frames and they arrived in a very quick fashion. I have not been able to wear the glasses for an extended time as they really bother my eyes? I am unsure why that is, I have worn progressives for years and not had this problem

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they arrived quickly and am very happy with them. One pair needs to be taken in and the arms need to be slightly adjusted, but that is not a issue at all. Very pleased with the quality and the low price paid!

I ordered contact lenses, I initially received the wrong prescription. When I phoned customer service they were very professional, empathetic, and made sure that I received the correct order free of charge. I am very satisfied with the way this was handled and will definitely shop there again.
I went into the Kits location because I didn't want to order without trying on first. It was a quick and painless experience. (I managed to get in and out before a bigger crowd came in) my glasses and sunglasses arrived before the expected date and didn't need any adjustments. I'd shop again.
Glasses are perfect. Delivery was fast. Experience was excellent with one exception. The supplied with a case that is too small. I use one case and exchange my Clearly sunglasses and regular glasses as needed. The glasses get crammed in the temples stick out when the case closes. Not critical, but an irritant.

My experience with Clearly is exceptional. I've switched to a different brand of contact lenses though and I'm not truly enamoured with them. I feel the power isn't adequate compared to my previous lenses--same power, different brand. Any thoughts?

Glasses came in good time. However they are way too small for my face and I don't exactly have a large head. Nose piece is super tight and so are arms. Even after having them adjusted they are way too small. Wouldn't recommend these for anyone with an average size head or bigger :(

First time with prescription glasses (57 years old). The independent optometrist office told me I should buy progressive glasses for computer/reading use. I paid a fortune for a pair of glasses that caused nausea, headaches, neck pain and eye strain. They told me to expect it would take some time to adjust. I went online and ordered a single prescription from Clearly and what a difference. They immediately adjusted my vision without all the side effects of the progressives. I'm so glad I ordered from Clearly. I've finally been able to adjust to my progressive glasses, but still prefer the glasses I bought online from Clearly for reading. Will only order from Clearly in the future.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
