Deborah was amazing. She picked up my cats the day after I booked and she drove straight through from NY to WI. She has a large van and my cats were able to eat and use the litter box during the ride. She sent me updates via text as she hit each state on the drive. She got to my apartment at 1:30 am and helped me get the cats and their things inside, all with a smile on her face after a 15 hr drive. I would definitely book with Deborah again, she was wonderful.
I used CitizenShipper to find a driver to bring my puppy from Oklahoma to Atlanta and was very happy with the communication and process. I met the most friendly kind people and they updated me with pictures and check-ins throughout the entire trip. I will definitely use them again if I need ground transport and I recommend them to everyone.

Citizenshipper leads you to believe that their people are vetted and safe. They do no screening oh, there are no safety checks. I lost my two beautiful dogs by trusting this website. The person I found on citizenshipper ended up abusing and killing my dogs. Please be careful, get references and talk to them. And please please don't use citizenshipper.com.
These companies should just be honest saying they cannot control what their service providers do and you are gambling with your pet's safety. This option does not sit well with me if you have grown together with your pets loving them throughout many years. These types of companies have already failed over & over again many times throughout the years.
I had a great experience the first time I used CitizenShipper. I got quotes from about 10 drivers within 30 minutes and was able to choose the best one within my price range. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Reliable shipper who took great care of my dog. Will use this site again. Only complaint is the fee on top of the shipping bid. $100 just to find a shipper through their website, then the price to actually ship the animal.

My transport service was amazing, had 2 large dogs shipped from CA to MA; took them 4 days and were in constant contact. Once I accepted the Bid from the carrier, I dealt with them directly. Never needed to deal with customer service, so no comment!
