Mike was wonderful! I cannot say enough how accommodating, present to the needs of my cats and their humans... He transported two very pedigreed short hair oriental cats from their home in Ohio to their new home in Nebraska! He stayed in communication via group text to both parties often along his route and sent reassuring pictures! He was wonderful and I would use his services again in a heartbeat! Thanks Mike -

I posted a job and got 3 responses. 2 of the drivers never responded after first contact and the third sounded great. I saw a bad review and the next day it was gone. I contacted customer service and she said the driver had more good ratings than bad. The driver wanted full payment via a wire transfer to which I said no. I asked about Zelle or Paypal. He said that there was a 7 day waiting period and if I wanted to secure my spot I needed to pay. I got him to take 50% of the cost and the balance when my puppy was delivered to me. The driver never showed nor did he contact me that he wasn't going to show or if he was just late. There is no customer service. I don't think they actually do any background checks and I know for a fact that they do not run credit reports on the drivers. I am filing a scam report with police and any other law enforcement agency I can find. Emotionally draining as I purchased a 9 week old puppy that needed to be driven as he was too big to fit under the seat of a plane. It ended up costing me more money as I did have to force this puppy into a very small kennel which I had to buy on top of the one that I bought for the supposed driver, the cost of the ticket for the puppy and the cost for my carry-on. This site is worthless as they do not protect the people who are paying them. If it was legitimate, they would hold the funds and pay the driver once the job is complete.

I had my cat Antonius shipped from Massachusetts to Los Angeles. The man who transported him here, got him here safely and happily. He picked him up early morning on the east coast and had him here mid morning. You simply post what or who you are shipping and different transporters offer you quotes.

I found the best shipper on this site. I liked that you could communicate with a variety of people, and they all could let you know exactly what they would do to get your stuff from point A to point B, how much it would cost, etc. And knowing what you get for your money without having to search on your own, reading reviews of people. It all helped a lot. I had to move both my motorcycle and my cat from Texas to Washington, I found a fantastic company that could take both for one price, they communicated so well - no worries at all! Teachers Pet did a fantastic job of picking up the cat at the vet and the bike at my old residence, got them both up to Seattle in perfect condition. I wouldn't have found them without CitizenShipper.
