Let's begin with this was my first time hearing about this company that well I stumbled upon by chance. I was in need of a transport company to bring my pups over 190 miles home safely and affordability. Citizenshipper outdid itself, in the matter of minutes of posting I received numerous bids, I went with Christina! She was professional from bid to delivery. Kept me updated on my pups while in route, ensured they were in a crate and took them for a stroll. She went above and beyond. I felt comfortable because she was also verified, had a background check among other things done through the company. I would definitely state this is an awesome company to use to find stellar service.
The pet transit deliverer that Citizen Shipper hooked me up with was great. However, I felt the fee charged by Citizen Shipper for that service was considerably high.
Shatara was just wonderful and took great care of my new Frenchie girl, giving her bathroom breaks, water and kept her eyes on her to make sure she was a healthy puppy. She worked with me because we had to switch days because of snow and the breeder issues causing a delay. I was worried about trying this service but I would use her for anything travel related. She is very nice, on time and stayed in contact with me all the way. A++++++
They were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to ship something! I used them to transport my puppy from Florida to Texas. My puppy arrived safely and they updated me as they traveled.

The website is difficult to use and when you ask for help it is difficult to get a response. I recently double booked a shipment for my dog. When I explained that I needed help they were quick to take $ and still have not returned confusing double book $. This is the second week of waiting?
I have had two shipments received and one sent. I've been pleased with all three individuals so far.
I listed a shipment request and was able to find a company right away. Great communication and arrived way a head of schedule. They kept me updated and made it much easier than expected!

Liberty Transport was friendly, courteous, and arrived 24 hours earlier than expected. This experience was painless and my (15 year old) dog was transported comfortably and safely!

We hired someone to transport our rescue dog from South Carolina to Massachusetts was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations.
They call it a bidding site for pet shipping, I don't know about that, I had to reach out to everyone that I was interested in using. I also didn't like what appeared to be an automatic 5 star review when they were verified. Other than that, there were lots of choices and I was able to find the perfect shipper. They also have another fee on top of what the shipper charges that they don't make very clear. All in all I was happy with the site and would recommend them.
