I loved using citizen shipper. My puppy came home the same day he was picked. The driver called me and let me know his ETA and how the puppy was doing.
They are a great way to get your family member from place to place. I would definitely recommend you use them to get your loved one where he needs to go.
Wouldn't recommend this company. The shipper they connected me to delivered our dog and he was covered in poop =( and he was throwing up upon arrival.

My shipper was incredible! She was in constant communication with me which was great! She was able to pick up quickly and with only a couple days notice.
Lindsay made my dog feel comfortable and happy. She was very responsive and affordable. She also took on my request very last minute. She came quick and sent me updates and pictures constantly.
Site was guaranteed my transporter from D&K was great and would use this site in the future the fee is a little pricey that is the only issue besides that it was easy to use

I posted a job and got 3 responses. 2 of the drivers never responded after first contact and the third sounded great. I saw a bad review and the next day it was gone. I contacted customer service and she said the driver had more good ratings than bad. The driver wanted full payment via a wire transfer to which I said no. I asked about Zelle or Paypal. He said that there was a 7 day waiting period and if I wanted to secure my spot I needed to pay. I got him to take 50% of the cost and the balance when my puppy was delivered to me. The driver never showed nor did he contact me that he wasn't going to show or if he was just late. There is no customer service. I don't think they actually do any background checks and I know for a fact that they do not run credit reports on the drivers. I am filing a scam report with police and any other law enforcement agency I can find. Emotionally draining as I purchased a 9 week old puppy that needed to be driven as he was too big to fit under the seat of a plane. It ended up costing me more money as I did have to force this puppy into a very small kennel which I had to buy on top of the one that I bought for the supposed driver, the cost of the ticket for the puppy and the cost for my carry-on. This site is worthless as they do not protect the people who are paying them. If it was legitimate, they would hold the funds and pay the driver once the job is complete.
