If I could have given a "0" for CICHIC, I would have. Don't bother ordering from Cichic. You are better off burning your money. Their stuff stuff is garbage. Items don't resemble the pictures on site at all. The reviews and pictures on their website are fake. Poor quality clothing. Poor sizing. Absolute garbage.

I tried returning the items to Cichic. Cichic wanted me to send items back to China at my expense before refunding me any money. My cost would have been $150.00. Much more than what I paid for the items.

Skip the Cichic site and order from Amazon, instead. At least with Amazon, you're not throwing hard earned cash away.

Purchased leggings from this site but only 2 of the 4 leggings arrived. I asked for a refund and they kept stating they would provide on but never did so I opened a Paypal claim. Paypal in all their wisdom closed my case because the company provided tracking information even though I have emails back and forth through paypal where the company admits not sending all the items and promising a refund. They refund only comes when you close the case (therefore all your leverage is gone) and they only refund you the lowest item and try to ship you another item. Total scam because even the name on the Paypal account is false (Zhang Xian). Will be complaining to Paypal about their process. Keep in mind buyers this is a foreign company so rights and leverage to refund etc. is limited.

Ordered in January before the pandemic. Items was never sent. $85 worth of clothing and shoes. Tracking info was never updated initially until March stating a label is JUST now being created for shipment. May 14th I got the same lying message. Next week is July. No update since May 14th still. Has the company offered a refund? No just $10 credit on some cheap jewelry priced $3.99 a piece. Why would I even consider this as repayment especially when I'll never get that cheap mess delivered to me anyway. Find another site yall this isn't it. It's a shame actually.

I ordered a dress from Cichic.com back in September of 2019. I thought one month was plenty of time to receive my package but I never got any thing in the mail since I paid an additional 17.85 for Express shipping. After three weeks I contacted customer service department and they told me they would look into my order. They never responded back. I sent them another email. And gave me a tracking number for my order and when I looked it up I got a notice that my order had been shipped and had arrived in the U.S. But I never got any thing in the mail and then i contacted the company and they told me that they had shipped it and for me to ve patient my package was on it's way. I never got anything nor a refund from these people. I will never do any business with any company from Asia again. These people are crooks and should not be trusted. I can't believe I have to leave a star to get this review posted! This business deserves Zero 0 stars!

I purchased a dress from Cichic.com, which by the way they simply order from Wish.com and uncharge.The dress I received was such an epic disaster that it could never be worn in public least I be arrested for indecent exposure.

The neck strap for the scoop neck was sewn in so far out that my breasts were literally fully exposed (see photo provided, bra was worn!). Every seam and strap on the dress were crooked. I expressed my displeasure with my purchase and was offered an 85% refund after I spent my own money to send it back to them. After informing them their offer was unacceptable and threatened to write reviews of their company they relented and offered a full refund.

3 months later, no refund. I contacted again and all I got was $5.23 on a $30 purchase.
I will never purchase from this company again. They are a complete rip off, bait and switch company.

Do not use, fake pictures. Very cheap and badly made items. Not fit for purpose. I ordered a coat £47 weighted as much as a t-shirt which actually had written on the packaging. Very thin cheap nylon material and fur was cheap and stiff and only a very small line around the edge and hood. I paid £14 to return to CHINA but it had no, tracking number which they ask for. I don't believe they would be honest and credit me without a tracking number. Even if they have received. Please please don't use them it will definitley upset and disappoint you. I lost £61

Bought a dress. It arrived nothing like description or photos. I emailed and was told o would only get 20% back for it. Or to send it back for a full refund but postage was going to cost as much as the dress.
The company wouldn't give me an answer about why the dress was such poor quality and nothing like what I had purchased but they kept sending me back the same reply of a 20% refund
No questions were answered.
Will never buy from them again.
Don't fall for there fake advertising

My package took two months to arrive & it wasnt the item that they're advertising on their site. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I contacted them to see why it was taking so long & their customer service was absolutely terrible also. My package arrived exactly one week ago & just like everyone else on here, the item that arrived is NOT what they're advertising on their site. The item on the left is what I ordered & the item on the right is what I got. Obviously NOT the same thing. The item they sent me looks like a robe, not a coat. I will NEVER invest another penny into their business.

I ordered an item for a special event and paid express shipping to have it delivered on time and even ordered it 2 weeks before my event. I continued to check almost every day, and I was also receiving other packages. But the link they sent for the tracking never worked and after waiting 20 days I contact the company and they tell me to check the post office. I check the post office, nothing. I respond to their emails and they send me a picture telling me it was delivered Oct 17 (this now Oct 30 because I have been fighting them via email for a week), and to check the post office. There was no package, it never arrived and now I wasted $50 for nothing. And now their support keeps telling me that the package will arrive soon, or check the post office. I get the same repeated email each time. They are a scam.

They don't look anything like the photos shown. When you post reviews it won't even upload so the reviews they have were created by the seller. They missed one item in the package. And when you try to return them they want you to ship them to China while the transaction was taken in Hong Kong. And of course they want you to pay for shipping so you would just resort to keeping it. Your Visa card should protect you from such scam. Call them and dispute the charge.

I placed an order mid January for a winter coat. The package was delivered May 3rd! Since beginning of March, I have made a couple of attempts to cancel the order since it was stuck in China. I was finally told the only option for me is to reject the package at delivery. However, when it finally arrived yesterday (May 2!), It was left at the door without knowing or ringing the door bell. I wasn't given a chance to reject the package. 4.5 months shipping. Horrible quality product. Inaccurate size measurements. Horrible customer service. I will make sure to leave a review on every possible platform to make sure others stay aware from this fraudulent company Cichic.

I ordered a dress from them 6 wks ago. I still haven't received it and they have no updates on tracking for over a month! I have contacted them several times and keep being told it's on it's way and I need to check with the USPS. However they've never recieved it either! They refuse to give my money back since they "sent" it and told me all I can do is refuse it when it arrives and send it back "FOR FREE" like that's a good thing and they're helping me out! RUDE people who refuse to help! Horrible customer service. I see why its rated a 1!

I ordered 1 item for my very 1st time ever and its been a month. I NEVER received tracking information ot anything. They dont even have a customer service telephone number. After all the time i waited then i was informed thru email tje item i ordered was out of stock. They offered to give me a $55 off coupon on my next order. If i never received my 1st damn order why would i be a dumbass and order something else from the same bs company.
