I have been shopping for clothes at cichic since last year. Their clothes are small in size, so I will buy the bigger one, which fits well and I like them very much.

This company is owned by asian wholesale places and is a scam just look at the number provided all the same its such a shame that they steal american designs and there going to be sued tho

Most idiotic company to date. Their shipping turn around time is beyond disgraceful. Their so called "customer service" team are idiotic & unhelpful. All I want is a refund and yet they don't seem to understand that? BEYOND RIDICULOUS! DISGUSTING COMPANY. POOR ETHICS, DOES NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS PROPERLY. DO NOT ORDER. Everything that I ordered was not was I saw on pictures, before you order make sure it is the same material as shown on pictures, this site is showing you pictures from some other sites but sending you a cheaper version, I guess I should've known it was gonna be garbage look at the price I guess u get what u pay for right.

Payed for expedited shipping. I'm just getting the product probably 5 months after order was placed. Havent received the items but guessing they will he as $#*!ty as the service.

Do not order! FRAUD! I bought an item on sale, finalized the payment then saw my credit card was charged full price! Questioned them about it and they said the order was never placed! I've been dealing with them for over a week and now they say they have my order and I have to realize they ship from China?! HOW CAN YOU CHARGE SOMEONE $15 MORE AFTER I FINALIZED THE SALE?
Will be dealing with fraud department on my credit card.

I have been waiting over two months for one item that was meant to arrive within 8-15 days! I contacted them and all they say is to keep waiting for the item, not helpful at all!

Delivery was just over 3 weeks. It was worth the wait. Identical to the real ones. Seller is very quick at responding to messages. Will definately be back to buy more. Absolutely incredible.

I spent over $50 for a full layered tulle skirt. I also payed for expedited shipping. Not only did the skirt get here late, but it looks like a cheap tutu you could get for $10 at Party City.

Cichic adds new styles every day. So I like to buy clothes on cichic. Although some clothes have color difference, the style of clothes is very beautiful.

This company false advertises, what you see on their site verses what you actually receive are completely different. Cheap material, it's like a toddler made the items. DO NOT ORDER!
