My second experience with Chrono24... A very smooth transaction with a great seller in Italy. All very swift from my first questions with the seller, negotiating a price, making a card pleaseayment and a fast delivery to the UK.
I bought a Longines. The first seller failed to fulfil the order. Chrono24 made sure my payment is safe with their escrow account. Then I ordered from a second seller. Chrono24 transferred my money to the second seller smoothly and refund the extra money back to my account.

Bought a watch in the US, from a US vendor, paid in US$ but what Chrono doesn't tell you is that they are based in Europe and the money transit view Germany. This resulted in additional international transaction fee. Very misleading from their part.
Everything went very clear and smooth, the interaction with the seller was easy, quick and clear. The transaction was a little complicated due to the present situation and the watch took some time for the delivery due to Covid19, but ended well and all the time was clear where the watch was (customs, courier, final delivery, etc)
I purchased an Omega Constellation from Nanale, LTD in Osaka, Japan to San Antonio, TX. The entire transaction was seemless, great communication throughout the process. The Omega was brand new in a beautiful authentic Omega wooden box with all the certificates and paperwork. This was my first purchase through Chrono24, but it will not be my last. Outstanding experience all around.
The price in Euro displayed on the chrono24 site for the watch was wrong.
After the original price in GBP was converted, the real price for the watch was 150 more than the one displayed on the chrono24 site.
So be carefull.
This was my first purchase through Crono24, i found it very good stress free the escro worked well and removes any worries. My watch was delivered very fast once the funds were released.
Overall I was impressed and happy to use Crono24 next time I tame the plunge.
I purchased a rolex date just watch.the first problem is they assure you that it is authentic, however no certificate of authenticity was given. When i emailed them regarding this matter they basically told me they dont give certificates. Also the picyure on the site totally misrepresented the watch.the crystal on the watch was so scratced in spots you could barely see the time. Again and they offered a partial credit to have the crystal replaced. All things considered i feel chrono 24 is not a reputable dealer. I am not satisfied with the watch they sent me. I spoke to a rolex dealer in my area and they want $850.00 to authenticate the watch. I just want people to be aware and be very careful when dealing with chrono 24.

Perhaps it was the amazing seller that made the experience, but things went as or more smoothly than I could have anticipated in my first ever experience on chrono24.
I love watches, and I have given my son a beautiful Breitling for a gift after grad school, He wears it everyday. He is always asking what watch I have on, and I hand him whatever I have on. So I know he is interested in watches. So I read two different articles, one about German watch companies and the other was just the excitement of getting a new watch, any watch could be an inexpensive watch.
So I was hoping to give that excitement to my son. My purchase though Chrono24 was easy and fun. My son now has a new time piece all :)
