I have only purchased a few watches to date 09APR22 and everything from items purchased to purchase experience have been exceptional. I have had no issues and have no complaints. A few sellers didn't respond to my questions is literally the only thing unexpected that has happened. I have purchased watches ranging from $700-$12k and have increasingly become more comfortable with purchasing items through Chrono24. Every watch I have received has been packaged very well and has been delivered in perfect condition along with the box and papers. Every seller has been quick to respond and has delivered the watch to me VERY quickly. Not a single complaint here.
I purchased a Cartier Santos Galbee 29mm Moonphase watch, which is faulty upon receiving. I had sent to Cartier for a thorough diagnose of the watch and is with black and white report to show the watch is faulty.
A return for refund is flagged out to Chrono24 within 14 days of receiving the watch. By right, they should reimburse the money back to me. But has been holding my money since. Which I have fulfilled the conditions stated in their return T&C.
Return of the watch by my end has been arranged, however to my dismay, the seller has failed to be available to receive the watch.
I have been taken advantage of by Chrono24 and the seller. It appears that the seller is a fraud and has been dishonest since the beginning.
This whole incident has wasted a lot of time and effort from my end.
Purchased a watch in May and received it in a damaged state. The seller was really flippant and said this happens all the time (not very reassuring). Chrono's attempted to "meditate" which was really nothing and felt very seller biased. They suggested I return the watch or get a quote from a dealer to get it repaired. I ended up taking the watch to my local Omega dealer and they repaired it for free. The Omega dealer is the one that really stands by its product... NOT CHRONOS24
Chrono 24 didn't have the watch strap I wanted in the colour I wanted so they found an alternative manufacturer's strap that was identical but in the right colour. This strap wasn't even shown on their website. Great service!
My offer was accepted and the money transfer was really very, very easy. Within 24hours the watch was shipped and delivered within 3days. Very nice watch in a very good condition - in-line with the description shared on Chrono24. I can only recommend this Seller.

I finally found my GMT watch that I had been looking for over 3 years. I decided on a Breitling Navitimer 8 Unitime after giving up on Rolex supplying a GMT Master II at an AD in my lifetime (and not wanting to significantly pay over list price on the secondary market). Using Chrono24's website, I found the watch I wanted at an online dealer that had my Breitling in stock at an unbelievable price with box & papers! Chrono24 also eased my fear of buying a Swiss watch from a dealer that is unfamiliar to me, and fully put my mind at ease. You pay into an escrow account at no charge, and once Chrono24 confirms that the dealer has the watch in stock and can ship it right away, Chrono24 pays the dealer. The process could not have been more easier and worry free. I also received the watch promptly as promised by the dealer. I highly recommend buying through Chrono24, and will do so again!

Although I've bought my watch on 11 March 2020, due to Pandemic Covid 19 I have received it three months later only on last 8th June.
During all this long period, however Roberta, your employee, has always take care of my situation in a very professional way with prompt responses to my emails and providing all the information concerning the delivery.
We bought an Omega watch INCLUDING original box and papers by a trusted seller since 2017 in Chrono24... The watch came in a cheep China box and NO papers! We tried and rate this seller, but Chrono24 refused to public it: 'against their policy guidelines'! When we made a complaint to Chrono 24, they just said we could rate it again... NO help to find here, and the money is paid. A watch without papers is worth 1/2 the price, so we find this a scam! DONT trust all sellers from Chrono 24 as Chrono24 takes no responsability for anything apparently.

The product took a while to arrive, but considering that the destination was the Canary Islands, that's fine. As I was impatient, I called Chrono customer service and was surprised by the treatment they gave me, since they did not make me wait on the phone and they provided me with an interlocutor who spoke Spanish. The product was exactly what I expected, I really liked it and it was in perfect condition, as well as very well packaged.

I ordered a watch on the site in July 2018, since the supplier was on holidays I contacted customer support, if the purchases is legit and if they can assure me if the limited edition watch I ordered will be reserved for me. They assured me it did. In August i contaced the supplier, since he was back from holiday and he also assured me they are working on sending the watch out. Now, after 2 months of purchasing (and paying!) for the watch I get an E-mail stating that the watch I ordered wasnt available anymore. Keep in mind that it is a limited edition and I cant get it anywhere else anymore. Back in July when I first ordered there where still a couple of other watches of the same type available for purchase. I am utterly dissappointed and wouldnt recommend anybody to order there.
I found the watch I wanted (MRG-B1000D-1ADR) through Chrono24, and their supplier in Japan. This is not a common retail model here in the US, so pricing and availability were much much much higher locally. I ordered promptly, and had the watch in-hand (signature confirmation), from Japan, just 3 days later! That's pretty amazing! And yes, I'd highly recommend their services..
Bought a watch through trusted checkout, from "trusted seller". After money was sent, the watch was not availible the seller told me. Ok money back I guessed since I've used trusted checkout. Well, part of the money back I learned, Chrono24 kept the 3.5% trusted checkout fee and the same watch from the same seller was up for sale again from the same seller. So much for the "trusted seller" concept, just an easy way for chrono24 to get money collected from unfullfilled "trusted checkout" deals.
