I explained to Chron24 that I received a watch that would not work. They contacted the dealer and gave me instructions on how to proceed. The people I spoke to were maintained a professional and friendly tone and explained things clearly. They stayed on top of things and the problem was quickly resolved.

As usualy Chrono24 delivered a solid purchase experience. The website provided all the info, enabled communication with the dealer, and provided all relevant updates. Purchasing and delivery was seamless and fast.
Had a terrible experience with this site. Please be warned they take no responsibility for any misrepresentation that there dealers post on there site. It is basically Craigslist for watches.
I purchased a watch which on there site claimed to be an automatic watch. I even sent a message to the dealer "Cieffe Watches", to confirmed it was automatic. When I received it was a manual wind.
Returning the watch cost and extra $300 because of the insurance and guess what? The dealer then claimed it was broken and wanted to charge an extra 300 to fix it!
Chrono24 response to this was, talk to the dealer. What a great help that was!

This was my first time purchasing through Chrono 24 and it was a very good experience. Once I placed my order and the process began it was very smooth. I had messaged with a couple of questions and they have been very helpful. Going of my experience this time I would use Chrono 24 again and I would recommend to others.
The process of buying, changing delivery address and communication was seamless. I had been reluctant to use chrono24 for many years, but I now see that my reluctance was misplaced.
My nightmare started when I decided to sell my watch using Chrono 24, I found a buyer, we agree on the price and I was authorize by Chrono24 to send the watch. The buyer received the watch, everything was great and he agree on the transaction. Its been more than a month and I have not been paid by Chrono24.
They tell me that they authorize the payment and their bank wont pay me and they have escalate the situation with no answer on when I will receive my funds.
I have talk to other Chrono24 sellers and they claim that they also had some problems to get paid.

I couldn't be happier with my dealings with Chono24 throughout my purchase through one of the dealers on the site. I had to get on the phone with customer service and the communication and help they were able to provide was fast and efficient.
I had trouble with making a payment to Chrono24. The merchant wouldn't accept the charge, they told me it was from my banks side. I called my bank and they advised me that the charge is being cleared from the bank's side and that the merchant is the one not excepting the charges. I tried paying with three different bank accounts. I also wasn't aware that you only have 6 attempts within a 24-h period until you're blocked and have to wait until the time cycle have passed.
My overall experience were decent.
My package was stuck in customs for an unknown reason with the help of the staff. I was able to figure out because it was shipped internationally. I had to provide relevant information specific to me to the actual carrier. If it wasn't for the staff at Chrono 24 advising me of this, the watch will still be at customs or probably have been shipped back to the exporter.
I bought the watch from a dealer in Spain pleased with the whole transaction the watch arrived before the the due date the watch was as described new and never worn so overall very pleased I would certainly use chrono 24 again

Chrono24 service and coordination was outstanding. Seller/Shipper did everything possible to get the watch to me ASAP. Shipped from Japan via DHL and DHL really screwed things up. Communicating with DHL is almost impossible - I was sent off into a website closed loop that was totally nonresponsive. Had to go to a DHL office to get any attention. Once I had face-to-face contact with a DHL human, things went better. DHL initially blamed Seller/Shipper but later admitted it was DHL's fault. Felt very secure that Chrono24 would not release payment to the Seller until all terms were satisfied. Thank you.
I recently purchase a Tag heuer formula 1 from a dealer called time merchants on Chrono 24, the watch arrived on time and was packaged well, however the crown of the watch does not work and when you rotate it it makes a squeaky sound, I sent them a message and they said that the crown on that watch is a push down crown not a screw down crown, the Formula 1's are screw down crown. So now i'm off to a watchmaker/repair to spend more money on having the watch fixed. If the seller would have mentioned this problem i would of not purchased the watch.
C24 takes many of the worries out of watch shopping. I'm sure having them as another layer in the purchase process adds to the price. It makes up for it in the ease of purchase and feeling of comfort in making an expensive online purchase.

My watch arrived a few days ago, and arrived in excellent condition, and it was a few days early I believe. I very satisfactory experience. I also sent the seller a thank you saying the same thing. Very happy with the watch / and servrice.

The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue. As long as no issues are reported, Chrono24 will automatically payout the seller after the 7 days (it typically takes a few business days for the bank to recognize the payout).
