We have been ordering many items through Chewy for years now, and we are also on the automatic shipment for our orders which has been extremely helpful. What impacted my wife and I most is the arrangement of flowers received within one week of putting our 11.5 year old Weimaraner down (See attached photo). We are not sure who Elizabeth is at Chewy, or how Chewy found out, but we will always order from Chewy just from this one amazing experience. Thank you Chewy
I can't say enough positive things about this company! First, it's a pleasure in this day and age to have real person answer immediately, on every call, 24/7. They go out of their way to be accommodating. You will not be disappointed with their product and most importantly, their SERVICE!
This place is the best! Helpful staff, quick shipping and they bend over backwards to correct any little problem, even though I've only had 2 little issues over the course of a few dozen orders. Don't bother with Petsmart or anyone else. This is the ONLY company you should be buying pet supplies from!
I am enrolled in their auto delivery for all my cat and dog foods and supplies. It is so convenient. About four days before they ship, you get an email asking if you want to make any changes to you order. You can even change the shipping date each time to whatever works best for you. Their prices are very good and shipping is fast and free if you spend $49. I have been ordering from Chewy.com for a year now and am 100 percent satisfied. Who needs to lug home heavy kitty litter from the store when you can have it delivered!

I have been ordering from them for about 6 months. They always are quick to respond to customer inquiries or problems.
I had a problem with a FedEx delivery that was dropped off at someone else's address. I contacted chewy and within minutes, they responded and took care of contacting FedEx. But first they immediately replaced my entire shipment so I would receive as soon as possible.
They always provide excellent service and do so with a smile and enthusiasm.
I won't use any other online pet retailer, no other even comes close to their standard of customer service.
Every online retailer should note Chewy's customer service. Every time I've encountered an issue (whether it was my fault or theirs) they handle it with expedience and care. I wish all shopping was this good.
Why I will never use your site: by using terms like "puppy parent" in you advertisements you adhere to animal rights philosophy. While you may find these terms "cute" they actually have a larger impact on pet owners. You promote the idea that animals are not owned but rather we are guardians which fits the larger animal rights agenda to remove pets from society.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
Prices are better, yes.
But, it's the unparalleled customer service. You always, and I mean always, get a human right off the bat, and they have been, without exception, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and exceptionally kind and helpful.
It's stunning, really, especially these days.

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for several years now. The service is great, orders are always received on time, always complete, never missing items. The one time that I had to ask to return a product was when my senior dog passed away before opening her food. Chewy gave me a complete refund and suggested I donate the food to a local rescue instead of actually returning. Chewy cares about you as a customer and your pets!
I've used Chewy to get my dog's food for his special diet. It was nice they have an auto ship option. The customer service was great. I've even heard they sent sympathy cards when they know pets die. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
They have a wide variety of products and if you can get free shipping and it's worth the convenience to you, go for it. There are a few other online pet supply stores I would use before this one. An average online store I think.
Chewy has been wonderful. Our dachshund passed away from CHF last week and we had to let Chewy know to cancel our standing orders of meds and food. They did so with speed and compassion. They went above and beyond in offering a credit for or last order. The personal care that the sales department showed is not a common experience these days. We too, were so happily surprised by the kindness of the small bouquet and sympathy note sent from Chewy. What a great way to make a larger company seem small and personal. Thank you Chewy. Well done! We are glad to know such a company for our other pet's needs.
Their customer service is incredible. My dog ate an expensive special food. When he passed away I had an unopened box. Chewy.com refunded my full amount and asked us to donate the food to a local shelter rather than return it... all of this on Thanksgiving Day! Their Chat help, I discovered, is available 24/7 for help or advice with my pet's food, etc. Anyway, they have earned my business for anything they sell that my dog needs.
Received a shipment of canned dog food that had dented cans due to poor packing and delivery person tossing the box down at my door. One phone call to Chewy.com and a replacement was on the way and delivered within 2 days. Great customer service.
I was sent a critter nation cage that was very damaged. The box was soaking wet, cardboard peeled off and open. I looked at it and decided that I would ignore the scrapes and keep. After getting all but last piece on, I saw the last piece is bent. I contacted Chewy was told item is out of stock so can't replace, and could only send back for refund. I offered to keep but with a discounted price because of all the damage (and I provided photos) They refused to offer any assistance, and ignored my requests continually giving me a stripped response. I will not shop with them again. They don't provide any real customer service when push comes to shove. Amazon has NEVER treated me this way.
I will not be ordering from Chewy once I receive my current order. I placed an order on 1 March 2017 and supposedly it was not shipped until 3 March, 2017 and it is now 6 March - Monday and I am still waiting. What happened to this fictional 1-2 day shipping? I spent $180.00 so I met the requirements for the free, 2-day shipping. I will continue to use one of the other pet food companies, I just thought this might be a little different. Their big mistake is using FedEx., who doesn't do home deliveries on Mondays. I called and was told I may receive my order on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
The very first time I ordered from chewy.com about four or five years ago, they called me personally (no really, I mean a human called me--also a human--on the phone to t. A. l. K.) to confirm some information. That blew me away.
Since that initial experience, chewy.com has delivered consistently with quality products, competitive pricing, and great customer service.
We have used Chewy for several years. The price is great and I love having large bags of dog food and cat litter delivered to my door.
On top of that, customer service is top notch. We have received painted portraits of two of our pets just for being customers. When our cat died earlier this year, they helped me remove her from our profile and sent a card and a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
Any time I have contacted them for issues (which have been few and far between), they have come back with the perfect resolution.

Chewy is a great site! They always have high quality products, and when buying in bulk (dog food, treats, etc.) you can save with their free shipping option. Also, AMAZING customer service. I wanted to return a sweater that didn't fit my dog, and they refunded the amount, waived the shipping fee on my new sweater, AND let me keep the old one to be donated to a local shelter. I'll be shopping here again!
Answer: No trouble at all. They have the best customer service/replacement/refund practices I've ever encountered. By all means, contact them again if you're having an issue.
Answer: If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.
Answer: Because they make it a point to lie and deceive their customers... I will NEVER use them again!
Answer: Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
