I've purchased my dog food/ other pet accessories from Chewy for probably the past 5 years. I've intentionally made Chewy my first stop for these products because I'm so impressed with their customer service that I want to support them. They make me feel like a valued customer, and I'm not the only one, it's clearly a part of their service model (just google chewy stories). They're a good team and I have a lot of appreciation for them! Also my dog loves them. Great food, treats, toys, camping supplies, etc. I don't think I've ever needed something that they did not have. 5 stars all around.

Along with an apology in email and coupon for another purchase! The customer service is top notch! If you have a pet they deserve free auto ship food and toys, meds or anything from Chewy. Com! Delivered to my door, free shipping! I love Chewy. Com and so do my puppies!
I initially heard about Chewy.com from an advertisement in the mail. They carried my dogs favorite treat brand at a great price but also had all the flavor variations. Over the last two to three years I have placed 8 or more orders with them, everything was always in stock and arrived in two days. I have always been very pleased and will continue to shop with this retailer.
Chewy's customer service has really slid downhill. They recently advertised American Journey dog food buy 1 get 1 free. When they only sent one bag I contacted them. They refused to honor their offer and would not send the second bag as advertised. I have ordered from Chewy for years... but not any longer. Poor customer service, false advertising did it for me.
Another happy reviewer here. I usually order off Amazon for pet food as they have most brands I use or want to try and I always look for prime for faster delivery. Unfortunately I sometimes receive damaged packages and dented cans as you never know what company may be shipping your product out. I found Chewy by chance and decided to give them a try and never expected for the cat food I ordered to arrive so quickly. It came very well packaged, no dented cans and I am very please with their service. I just placed another order with them, they have a large variety of pet foods and other pet products at reasonable prices, I highly recommend this company!
I don't want to jinx it but I've never had bad experience with Chewy so far (I've been a customer since 2013). The customer service is excellent! All the reps are nice and genuinely trying to help you. Also the crazy fast processing and shipping always amazes me. It's a perfect example of a well-run company.
I always purchase all of our dog food from Chewy. They are prompt, and extremely fast delivery, and lower in price than our local stores in our area. I recently placed an order for kitten chow, puppy chow, adult cat and adult dog food, and some toys. This entire order is being donated to our local humane society shelter. Very kindly, they rushed the order [free shipping] and included a salmon-kitten treat free! That item will be included with a drop-off donation on January 3. I have been with Chewy for nine years. Twice, Fedex delivered my order to wrong address. Driver transposed address numbers. I called Chewy and they sent me another two cases of prescription food AT NO CHARGE! Told me if my original order shows up to keep it! Can't beat that with a stick! Their customer service is always great. No selecting a number from keypad to reach a department. A live person always answers to help. Always cheerful and friendly. They should train other companies out there about great customer service!
I've been shopping for my two cats at Chewy.com for about a year and a half. These days it's the ONLY site from which I'll order pet supplies online. If you have a problem, they correct it immediately, no questions asked. The shipping is speedy and the prices are competitive. What more could you ask for?
I've been purchasing all my pet supplies from Chewy for a couple of years, and I recommend them to everyone. You can't find better prices anywhere, they have the widest selection of pet foods I've ever seen (they even carry the hard to find brands), and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. And it's so much nicer having everything shipped directly to your door (for free) instead of lugging all those heavy items home from the store. I'll never buy anywhere else again!
Stop offering 1-3 day shipping when it takes 4-5. Seriously frustrating. Maybe use UPS or literally anyone else. If you are going to promise this shipping time frame and you can't actually meet this time frame you should just offering free shipping always instead of making us buy $50 worth of stuff before it's free. Just a suggestion from an annoyed customer who will probably make this purchase their last purchase.
Competitive prices, no problems getting what supplies I want, fast shipping and good customer service. It beats waiting in line at the local pet club store with their rude employees and horrible customer service.
Chewy is one of those rare companies that actually listens to the customer and makes returns easy. They will fix complaints without a hassle. I will support them again and again just due to how swiftly they handled my return after my pet passed away. You have a wonderful company, don't change!
When you put a 28 pound bag of cat litter in with 4 little tubes of cat lax the tubes lose everytime. This has happened time and time again even after a manager told me it wouldn't happen again. They don't seem to understand how to properly package those items together. Sad.
Between chewy and FedEx, my page has been lost for over two weeks. Not one cust svc rep cared enough to actually do something immediate. My dog's bowl is empty. Chewy wants to send out a THIRD try. FedEx keeps sending me texts that the pig is out for delivery but it hasn't arrived. Got that text this morning and, after numerous phone calls found out that the pig is "on the floor" of the carrier facility.

NEVER again! This has been the most frustrating experience... I have shopped Chewy a few times and usually no problem. The problem was with fed ex not being able to do their job properly but Chewy's "fix" ended up causing more stress and problem and they keep telling me they refunded my money to paypal but it never showed up... time to find a new pet supply shop.
I love this company. It is the best one that I found. I am disabled, cannot drive and, have to use public transportation. So, as you can imagine, it is hard to get certain items home myself. This company has been wonderful. I have used them to purchase bags of bird seed and dog food. Each time I placed an order, it was at my door within 2-3 days. If you have an issue with anything they will make it right. I also like the fact that you can place items on auto shipment. This company is a definite keeper.
Besides the always helpful and sweet staff, this companybtruly goes above and beyond. I recently lost my beautiful dog, (she passed away) so I called to cancel the delivery of her food. Today the doorbell rand, and it was a flower delivery guy. Chewy sent me flowers with a condolence card. I was amazed, and TRULY touched. I am a customer for life! Thanks Chewy! More companies should treat their customers so well.
To say their shipping was fast is an understatement. I placed my order at 5:15 on Friday (Veterans Day, no less). When I opened my front door at 9:00 on Saturday morning, the box from Chewy's was sitting there. I was stunned. This was my third order from them, and it will not be my last. I had to deal with their customer service once over a mistake that I made. They could not have been more accommodating. Fantastic company.
Apparently FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address but I thought the order was stolen from my front porch. Chewy answered my email requesting a replacement order in under an hour. A week later very early on a Monday morning the box showed up. I suspect it was dropped off by whomever received it in error. I emailed Chewy to let them know and they responded within 30 minutes suggesting that I donate the extra bag of dog food to a local animal shelter. Chewy ROCKS!
Answer: No trouble at all. They have the best customer service/replacement/refund practices I've ever encountered. By all means, contact them again if you're having an issue.
Answer: If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.
Answer: Because they make it a point to lie and deceive their customers... I will NEVER use them again!
Answer: Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
