I was sent a critter nation cage that was very damaged. The box was soaking wet, cardboard peeled off and open. I looked at it and decided that I would ignore the scrapes and keep. After getting all but last piece on, I saw the last piece is bent. I contacted Chewy was told item is out of stock so can't replace, and could only send back for refund. I offered to keep but with a discounted price because of all the damage (and I provided photos) They refused to offer any assistance, and ignored my requests continually giving me a stripped response. I will not shop with them again. They don't provide any real customer service when push comes to shove. Amazon has NEVER treated me this way.
