I accidentally ordered carry on luggage 2 hours ago and CheapOair refuses to assist me with cancellation of this purchase referring me over to the airlines for help. I have been charged $375 dollars just for luggage.
Thank you for the feedback. Once you add bags to a reservation the airline is the one who charges your card and get's paid we cannot refund money that was paid directly to the airline so unfortunately you have to speak with that airline for your request.
Pray the flight is successful. Don't want any time or day changes. Don't like surprises. They can assign my seat.

When I had to make changes to my flight, Cheapoair charged me a lot for their fees to make the change, even though the airline only charged $25, Cheapoair took $250
Well enough. But in some planes, the seats are too small. Big guys really are uncomfortable specially in trips of many hours of travel.

Sam S. Jain, Founder and Executive Chairman of Fareportal, arrived in New York City in the early 1990’s and began working at a friend’s small wholesale travel agency. Jain quickly noticed the archaic practices of the business as they sifted through reams of paper to locate air fares or flight schedules. He set out to create a more efficient system that could aggregate the information digitally and in 1994 he launched his own B2B wholesale agency, FareBuzz.
