It was horrible. I got sick the day before flight and I couldn't change the ticket. Ultimately another flight was booked the next day with another company and I was never refunded the money nor did I receive credit for over 300.00 dollars.
We have reviewed this reservation and we don't show that you called Cheapoair to discuss cancellation of a ticket due to illness and the travel shows for Oct.24! So not sure if this is the correct booking or if you booked with someone else.
Great experience flights are delayed but manageable when we go home it's on time but our luggage was separated
Easy to navigate. Easy to pay. Several years ago, I had flights that were cancelled and found out about it when I was about to Check In. Not happy at all. So, I bought my tickets somewhere else. But as I said, that was years ago. They have improved greatly since then.
Last experience was very easy and convenient had no issues getting on web site to book provided great prices
My flight was late and by the time I got to the rental place the car was gone. Instead of paying 137 for 4 days I paid over 500. They dud t gave my reservation any longer and it took me 2 hours to rent from another place. I want to be reimbursed for the difference

I selected flexible dates when booking. Website states travel is "next day" beside travel departure date. To me that means the next day from the posted date. And the 1st connecting flight was in fact listed as the day I wanted to fly (the next day) and it was only a 2 hour flight to connecting flight, starting at 6:05am. I thought the actual dates would correct when I confirmed and paid, but the site did not correct. I clicked on chat and found it was AI (I've found these useless), then I was immediately called by a CheapOair agent (which has never happened before) and found I had to pay a change itinerary fee. This is the 1st problem I have ever had with CheapOair.
I Booked a flight to Dubai for my wife and myself, Booking confirmation number *******. I paid all the protections required for rescheduling or canceling at any time. The trip was two-way from 23 November to 4 December 2024. Based on your terms of the contract, I went ahead and asked to change our return flight to Kinshasa on 29 November 2024. Unfortunately, I am derogatorily confused by your inability to change this flight even for my wife. You asked me to contact Egyptair for the change, but, Egyptaire confirmed to me that this change remains on responsibility of CheapOaire, they recommended me to fix this issue with CheapOaire meanwhile CheapOaire is declining his responsibility. It is confusing and not serious to do business in this manner. That is why I decided to buy a new air ticket for my wife who has a medical appointment on 1st December in Kinshasa. Meanwile I think I still have the right to cancel her returning flight on this booking number *******, and get reimbursements on it.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
