Every time I have to search for a flight, Cheapoair never lets me down. They are my only choice for booking flights.
I have booked flights for more than 20 times and I have never had a bad experience with the reservations or payments.
I have experienced delay but it they weren't so bad. It was not done purposely and the inconvenience was minimal.

And you took my $882.16. Honestly I dont recommend CheapOair if you are looking tickets and be careful choosing Aeroflot because they dont have customer service in USA.
My name is Olga. My reservation number is BMGKOT, I bought my flight operated by your company. I should to be flying last march 22 from San Juan Puerto Rico to Istambul Turkey with connections in New York and Moscow. When I arrive that morning to checking with Jet Blue, they told me Miss you passport will expire soon. We can allow you to fly till New York because your trip is operated by us till NY. I ask if they can help me to change the dates and they told me no because these trip is operated by Aeroflot and you need call them. I ask if they have phone number and they told me no. Call to CheapOair because you bought the tickets there. In any case CheapOir will help you because they have phone number of Aeroflot. That morning I call to CheapOair and explain the situation and the first agent told me ok mamthe new change of the new tickets will cost you $800, I said are you selling me a new tickets? He said no, I am changing the dates. I ask for a supervisor because he was not helping. The supervisor was helping me and I understand the she was doing a change of dates for $86.26 but at the end of conversation she told me $468.26 cents. But that is to high I said.at that point I change my tickets traveling in march 26 and coming back April 11, but I said I am not sure if I can fix in a Bolivian Consulate in San Juan. Before to hang up I said her I will call you back in 3 or 4 hours, ones after I contact with Bolivian Consulate to confirm you. Ones after I call to Bolivian Consulate they told that they are not extending the expiration of my passport you back to Bolivia to renew a new. So knowing the new situation and the new scenery I call back to Cheapoair explaining and the change the new itinerary traveling on June 7 and coming back on June 22 and they charge me another $63.80. And the agent. The original payment was charge by Aeroflot for $882.16, and the second and third charge was made by CheapOair for $532.50 at the end I was charge for $1414. 66. Yesterday the agent of CheapOair call me saying they cant change the original tickets because Aeroflot doesnt allow to change and unfortunately I will loss my $882.16. I said her if you have not sure that the Aeroflot dont allow you to change why you have being charging me second and third time? And why you send me the change traveling on June 7 and coming back on June 22? At the end of the conversation yesterday they told me we will refund the second and third charge but the first one no because Aeroflot dont allow me to change the original flight.
Today I call to Aeroflot by internet because I cant call directly, I am out of Moscow. Also I call several times on April 22 to 86 687 97 647 for customer in USA. This morning the agent from Aeroflot called Olga with number 7135 ones after I explain my situation she told me call back to Cheapoair agency and say them to call bag us through customer service.
I am right now with Cheapoair almost 1 hour 31 minutes on the phone and they said UNFORTUNATELY we cant change the original trip because Aeroflot dont allow us. The first agent on the phone Cooper said Aeroflot can change the ticket if you go to a office located in Puerto Rico. I said to agent are you cheating me because Aeroflot dont have offices in Puerto Rico. I said Aeroflot is a company located in Moscow and I am out of Russia. I am at Caribbean. I ask to talk with a supervisor and the supervisor said unfortunately we get a email of Aeroflot and they dont allow us to change or refund. I was not wishing refund for the first charge just change for the future trip.
Aeroflot this trip suppose to be to know a family of my fiancé who is located in Bursa Turkey. He was saving with effort the money to send me and buy this ticket.
Hope you will help me and take consideration to change my trip because literally my boy friend was doing a lot effort to save for this trip.

First time.excellent. I would use cheapoair again in the future.i really like it. It is very easy and simple.
It was pretty easy to book easier to check all the different flight options with different airline and locations.The only problem was after we confirmed everything I went on Swiss Air and they could not confirm because the number I was given was 7 digit and they needed a six digit, so I had to call you guys to get that booking number. Maybe next time you can put that six digit on the reservation.

Good deals are found. I have usually used this online travel agent for flights from Cairo Egypt to London and elsewhere.
After booking, I noticed a letter in the name was off due to auto correct but was charged to fix 1 letter. And it took 3 hrs to get fix and still waiting for it to be processed.
Very sorry for the inconvenience, once tickets are issued any correction incurs a change fee.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
