I was booking a domestic fly Osaka to Haneda. I got a little problem, so I called cheapOair immediately and I received a wonderful customer service that help me through the reservation process.
It was simple and complete.It was due to a referral that I used CheapoAir. I am going to keep using them.
Never had a problem with the exception of one male flight attendant who insisted I place my carry on with my ESD on the floor, and sitting in the middle seat, there wasn't enough room.
It is in my opinion the best company for finding multiple options flights, direct or multicity. It is a very user friendly system. The only issue I have as a frequent flyer for work, if you need to change something, it is quite complicated and expensive to do. I have recommended it a lot in the past but with the increasimg difficulty in trouble shooting when needed, I am not certain.
I book only 1 round trip ticket but was booked 2 round trip ticket so I had to refund 1 round trip ticket and pay the processing fee of refunding and had to wait two billing cycle to receive the refund.

Sam S. Jain, Founder and Executive Chairman of Fareportal, arrived in New York City in the early 1990’s and began working at a friend’s small wholesale travel agency. Jain quickly noticed the archaic practices of the business as they sifted through reams of paper to locate air fares or flight schedules.
