So far the one of the flights I booked for my daughter to come home for Christmas got changed by the airline, and the agent helped via phone to fix that, after holding for an hour. Then I come to see he cancelled her entire trip, which only the return flight should have been changed. Now I have to re-book the departing flight and no one can tell me why this happens. I feel like bait and switch with the booking.
Years of experience- never disappointed. I have traveled from the US to France for almost 20 years and I chose Cheapoair for the reasons mentioned above
Everything was normal, maybe it was not very satisfactory that they left it from one day to the next and I lost a cheaper ticket.

My first time booking with this site but was rather easy with all the prompts. How everything works I will have to see after the trip.
I want to book 2 passengers, when I started I changed 1 to 2. Successfully I booked my husbands' ticket. I want to go back and keyed in my informations, there's no where I could find it. I had to start it over for the same flight. Ironically I had to pay higher price for the same flight I just booked 20 minutes ago. If your system let customers book multiple passengers, it could save our time and kept same price. It is not a pleasant experience and I wish CheapOair can improve it so I have confidence to book again. Thank you.

The booking will place you on 12 hr lay over. Use priceline expedia. Cheapoair is run by India that sounds like Scammers that call you.

You should never...NEVER have list connecting flight only 1 hour apart- especially from a domestic terminal to an international terminal. I booked my flight then discovering I only had an hour in ORD to catch my international flight to Japan after landing in the domestic terminal. I misread the small pring on the time between flights.
I entered the correct information but your system did not allow me to put Roman numeric. Asked for help to correct it but my itinerary still showing wrong
