Speaking with CSR is bad due to a language barrier. Also, your side is just becoming more and more hard to understand with all the advertising everything else that's thrust on users I'm about ready to change.
I wish that everything was included before you book, like seat selection and such but overall a good experience

I I have my flight for today, I arrive early and the person who helped me was very rude, she wouldn't let me talk, my married name is not on my passport, I ask her if I can change it, she says no, I tell her that I called the airline yesterday and they told me that I could change it here at the airport, I tried to do it and explain to her what and it wasn't possible. Something so simple. Well, the drama with my suitcase that is very big, I tell her that is the suitcase that I use every time I travel, anyway, I don't even like the attitude of the person at all.
The airlines determine the rules of the ticket and if they allow name corrections or not. Unfortunately for many years they no longer allow changes to the names even a correction. If we could make the correction we would but as a travel agency we are mandated by the fare rules. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.

The first two flights I selected came up as unavailable after I'd gone through the whole process (insurance, credit card info., seat selection, etc.) I ended up paying $400 more than the flight I originally selected in order to get to Spain! I'd call that false advertising and if I weren't in such a hurry I'd be looking on other sights to make my arrangements.
Thank you for the feedback. Airline fares are dynamic in nature and are subject to change based on availibilty and demand at the time of purchase. With people all over the world able to go onto their laptops, computers and even phones to purchase the same limited seats on any specific flight it is understandable that fares, and even flights, can sell out quickly. So far so good. This is the first time I'm using this site and services so as of now my experiences is good and I'm waiting on the end result.
I do not like that it asks for 50 or more characters. However, I did have a great experience searching and booking flights. I just wish there had been earlier departure flights with one-hour layovers.
I had a problem with baggage for one of the trips, please show clearly baggage details when customer is trying to book his ticket.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
