I didn't receive any notification prior my departure,and when I called cheap o air to confirm, the response was prompt
I've been going through CheapOair for years and they've always treated me really well. The gentleman yesterday spent almost 2 hours with me trying to help me get a good ticket thank you thank you thank you.!
Took 2+ housr, and i still don't have what i need. Not the people's fault, but your website is, to be kind, sucky. And the additional fees! STOP IT. Stop it now/ PLEASE and pretty please.

Even the cancelling the flight has been total nightmare. I was not able to get any help except threatened by the respresentatives. All the agents are completely useless, and they all seem to be Indians who not only rude, but completely no deserve to help.

The online support is useless. The service they provide should be called service less. It took me 4 hours just to change a time of my flight. They need to contact someone that needs to contact someone. And you need to stay online during the entire process.

It wasn't a positive experience, because some employee at CheapOAir swiped my credit card after I bought the tickets.
I was never able to contact your Dept of Claims, so I never got reimbursed.

Can be cumbersome to navigate your seat choices as they try and get you to pay for seat selections and sometimes you have to hit the back button in order to see the seats available. There isn't an option for trip protection individually when booking more than one ticket together.
Good app to purchase your tickets for first time. It's a great experience with it.
Excellent service they send you details and emails telling your flights
Nothing stood out negatively with booking except prices which is the airlines' issue not this booking site.
I will never book with Cheapoair again and would encourage you to never book with them either. Their cancellation policy is not well advertised. Please spread the word. Don't fall victim to the Cheapoair cancelation fee. Their prices were not cheaper than other sites that let you cancel without fee if done within 24 hrs. Ariana, a representative was not helpful. I will be disputing charges with my CC company and report this to state attorney general.
We have tried to reach the customer by calling him 4 times and also requested him to call back so this can be discussed, We are unable to connect, but this has been resolved.
Booked my flight when other websites couldn't get the job done, but then got a weird random call that I didn't ask for. They tried to upsell me on additional crap for my flight I clearly said I didn't want and was too busy to deal with at the time of their call. The guy wouldn't stop jabbering on incessantly until I told him to not charge me for anything additional and I hung up.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
