I've been using your company to book a ticket, but your company doesn't know how to value customers. After purchasing a ticket, it's hard to reach when I need assistance with my ticket. I booked a ticket for my parents, but the airlines keep changing their itinerary. I've been calling your company to get support, but nobody answers phones except Indian people who wanted to sell a ticket, and they couldn't help my problem. Their flight is getting close. Not happy that I can't use the full value of my airline credit- Money I paid for my initial flight- including "Trip Protection Insurance". Rip-off. It should be like other credits, where if you only use $106, you don't lose your whole $387 credit! Seriously! 😡

Generally, CheapOair has been a good resource for booking flights. However, they always try to sell extras I don't want or need. They call soon after booking a flight to try to sell me something extra. Very annoying.
I was charged $100 for cancelation made within 20 minutes of booking, because I needed to make a name change. That charge went through immediately, however I have to wait to get my refund

Price was changed in the time i was booking. Went up $100 dollars. Was not happy as I checked other sites after I booked. They were cheaper.
We see that you booked this in September and it is now November you never called us to see about a price match, or even to request a cancellation so you could book on another website. You have 24 hours in which to reach out to us with screen shots of a lower fare available on one of our competitor websites. You also had 24 hours to call us back and cancel for a full refund.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.

I do see you have called several times and did speak with an agent however when you are phoning in you keep going to the wrong department. We have on the phone prompt a key for schedule change, that is where you need to go. We will have one of the agents call you back within 48 hours.
