It was all great given the seasons for which prices varied. And the system forced me to say more things and I had already said what I needed to say.

Even when you purchase the insurance there's still a problem when there's an emergency to get a refund or credit
Excellent travel, good food, good customer service, love the place for lay over I absolutely purchased my travel at CheapOair over and over again.
I gave three stars because of easy online booking but 2 stars less because if you do any mistake there is no tolerance even if you call immediately or within 24 h. Basically they will try to charge you too much money for any changes which is cheaper to do it if you book directly from vendor. Direct vendor booking might be better choice but less options available.

I keep trying to select seat assignment for return flight, entering payment info, then get no confirmation. This is beyond frustrating. I enter seat assignment for the return flight, then if I scroll down the page and scroll back up, I'm redirected to the departing flight. This was one step from a great experience and the site completely fumbled at the goal line making a horrible one.

Sam S. Jain, Founder and Executive Chairman of Fareportal, arrived in New York City in the early 1990’s and began working at a friend’s small wholesale travel agency. Jain quickly noticed the archaic practices of the business as they sifted through reams of paper to locate air fares or flight schedules.
