I got charged an extra $90 for a seat charge in your site. I didn't select a seat on the flight so I would like the $90 refunded back please

This website links you to other airline booking sites that are nothing more than bait-and-switch scam artists. They quote a low price and then contact you the next day telling you there is a problem and you need to pay more.

Throughly review the travel agencies they provide because a lot
Of them are scammers who will not refund you and leave you stranded places with children

Flight was canceled due to a hurricane. Called the airline they told me that we would have to call cheap flight directly, if we would have purchased a ticket directly from the airline would have credited our account that we could use in the future for future ticket. We purchase our ticket through cheap flight in cheap flight wanted to charge me additional funds to change my flight and then went and blamed the airline for the policy that they had to do that which I know it's not the airlines policy to do that because I just got off the phone with them. Don't purchase through them, money lost such a scam

I just spent two hours checking many of Cheapflights.com providers and found the majority on BBB's scam tracker. Airfare.com (aka Openairfare.com) SkyHikes, Bestairfares.com are all scam websites that should be avoided. Cheapflights should not be trusted because they are promoting these companies.

I got to the airport and my flight was suppose to take off at 11:47am, Frontier delayed til 4, then delayed til 7, then delayed til 5am the next morning! I am mad as hell, then they talking bout they wasn't giving food vouchers and would reemberce you if you got a hotel. I sat at that dam airport from 9:30am til 10:00pm. I came home the delays are ridiculous! Then they act like they can't change your time and I know they can, I'm about fed up with cheapflights and Frontier Airlines! Then the lady give me this number to call *******000 and someone text back

Didn't have my eticket 24 hours before flight. Called cheap tickets. They said they'd send the eticket in 4 hours. Finally received an email saying they cancelled the flight and that they tried to contact me repeatedly to let me know. I never received an email or a call in the month since I had booked. It left me scrambling for a ticket at the last minute. Didn't even have the decency to tell me that when I phoned them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Take my advice! These are scammers! I lost so much money thinking I had booked thru a reputable company! Liars and cheats and make lots of promises! Lost my $#*!! I even got double charged at my bank for flights! That was a ordeal getting straight! Do no use!

In early November 2021 I had purchased tickets to travel to Thailand and India. But India had informed us that the flight has been cancelled in November itself. Now it is May 2022 cheap flights.com is dishonest and hasn't refunded my money. They are a fraudster company, don't buy tickets from them.

I paid extra for the possibility of changing the ticket, got in contact online to hear they wanted 55 for the service + 350 for a new ticket.

A new ticket can be found now for 250, im completely unsatisfied
