I fine the Chase website very easy to use. I have the Chase Blue Sapphire card and it has pretty good rewards: 2% on restaurants and travel and 1% on everything else. No foreign transaction fee. Its also a cool card in its self!
Continuous zelle transaction cancelled by their "automatic" system that they claim they can not change or control, meaning that they take no responsibility for providing their customers with online service, better to find another bank
If you have been thinking of using Chase Bank, RUN, to any other bank. Chase priorities place the customer dead last. They are not there to serve you or help you. You cannot reach a local branch, in most cases they do not want you coming into their bank.
Open a Chase Bank account via their App, enter the referral code and a soon as you deposit £20 you will instantly get another £20 credited for free! Simple.
You can then take your free money and close the account, or use your own referral code to earn more free money. Their savings rates are super competitive too.
Enter code 3utYk7wg for your first free £20
I wouldn't dare recommend no one to bank with you guys. I had $4123 dollars taken out of my account and was only credited back $2,000. I obtained a police report and proof that i was not at the location where money was used at. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience. The incident took place in November and still to this day i have not been credited back my money, no follow up call, no letters no alerts no emails no nothing from this bank. I will not put a dollar back in this account you guys are a disgrace to me. A damn negative zero crocks
I have a hold on my account even though they already got the funds. Went to the branch and they were not very helpful. The first person who took care of me was so rude and told me he didn't have time for me today that he will call me. Proceeded to send me to another non helpful collegue. Worst experience. Can't wait to cancel this account.
I took a trip to Africa for a month on my way back I was told my flight was canceled and was then stuck in Nairobi Kenya for 2 days. I had to end up buying new tickets for close to $4,000. I've been on the phone with a representative from chase 8 separate times including 2 "managers" they've all told me some form of a lie to get me off the phone. Several times I've been on the phone for 6+ hours waiting. I was promised points back, money back, e tickets, and I have received nothing. These people are truly awful and I've had a miserable time dealing with this bank/credit card. Don't use chase travel they are fully incompetent and just get a different credit card I promise you it'll be better
Chase branches' customer support vary widely by branch and the staff's interest in customers. The branch 24 miles from me has the best customer support, so that's where I go. The branch 2 miles from me has horrible customer support - so I don't go there.
But most consistently, their online banking is terrible. I cannot log into my account on one try. Their security requires that I get a code from them for each attempt. Today I was told that it is my problem because I clear cookies; I should leave them alone. Also told today that the problem is on my end because their computers are just fine, and that I need to change my password every time I sign in. I have given up on their online banking.
Tried to sogn into one of my 5 Chase accounts on line. I only get connected to start a new account site. When I type in my password nothing happens. Prove why you deserve to be a bank. Support is less than one star. Major USAF. You are closely approaching B of A in terms of competency.
I have been trying to Hera home loans with chase, after a 4 months process and the all documents submitted chase keep pushing back the date for the closing. I have had a very awful experience with them and with their team. I do not recommend chase to anyone because of their poor customer service.
Are their programmers testing what actually happens? It's so not intuitive. A box i want to close won't close. It wants me to set up a bank, I've already set up two. I want to pay off my loan and I can't updaet the amount to close out the loan. It won't access my connected other bank account. And on and on. My guess is they won't accept responsibility, they think it's all programmed perfectly and we're just ignorant annoyed customers. I wish the banking industry was held accountable for this type of terrible customer experience.
After 8 years of banking with them, never late on my payments of multiple CC, they have over sudden decided that I am not good for them any longer and closed first my personal and not all of my business accounts, causing me a lot of time and effort to switch.
And this is all for no reason at ALL!
They have decided so…
Disgusting!
If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the most horrible service I have ever received. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I advise everyone not to get an account with this bank.
Their online banking website is useless, and to reach customer service takes half of your day. The phone connection is horrible and It usually takes several attempts and calls to resolve a matter or update the profile.
Chase is a big bank and they always attract customer with all these unbelievable incentives, but they don't get ** done. I am selling my home and my buyers are using chase thinking chase is a big bank, good rate etc. So 31 days into escrow, they still couldn't get the loan approval. All they tell us is they will get it done tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow. As a seller, I am purchasing another home which has been waiting for the fund from my old home to new home. Fees and fine from the delay were kicking it since chase has delayed the buyer's loan and we ended up paying tons of fee. They originally promised 15 days but they were so far off from the deadline. I will never go with chase or recommending anyone to go chase. This was one of the most frustrated experiences I have in my life so far.
I've been a Chase card customer for 20 years and have been paperless for 6 years, doing everything online. Trying to pay my bill online now in early August 2016, I find that Chase.com has a newly renovated website and it's poorly designed, hard to navigate, and WORST OF ALL with my Windows 8.1 software (or perhaps for everyone) I have to click on the "Pay This Bill" button several times before the button registers and payment is made! Do you know how risky it is to click a button like this more than once? A customer could make the same payment several times, in effect inadvertently draining their checking account of funds and causing all their other payments to become NSF, creating a terrible financial mess for the customer. I've been on hold for 35 minutes so far waiting to register a complaint with Chase about the new website, and no doubt on hold for so long because thousands of other customers are calling in to complain as well.
BEWARE that Chase credit card(s) charge a "transaction fee" for any purchase made other than US dollars! Per Chase, this is due to their 'no annual fee' card(s). The representative was completely unaware that other credit card companies such as; DISCOVER and CAPITALONE do NOT charge this fee!
For those of you that use chase bank direct deposit for your soc. Sec. Disability or retirement benefits or receive a pension for military service be warned that they can place a hold on your benefits without a death certificate, hold order from soc. Sec. Or court order and that any hold saying you are deceased will void any chase bank cards attached to your acct, instantly and will have to reissue card and later pin # which in my case took 19 days without card for atm or merchant purchases. I can no longer trust chase bank with my finances after many years. If it can happen to me it can happen to you. Closing acct. And happy to report i'm still alive and kickin. Sincerely D.B. Senior veteran from oregon
I'm a decorated partially disabled veteran I don't have bad credit i just don't have enough.
You won't approve me but my neighbor is an illegal alien and you approved him.
Its my intention to get as many of my disabled brothers and sisters I can and protest with signs
My next step is to call fox News and explain how you can approve an illegal alien but not a veteran who doesn't have enough credit
I never knew that a bank has the right to withhold funds from a check deposited into an account. Recently, I deposited a rather large dollar amount check from an investment account into my Chase savings account. I discovered that Chase put a hold on the funds for seven business days. I checked with the investment company and found that the funds were transferred on the date of my deposit. I spoke with Chase bank representatives, both in person, via secure online messages, and via telephone. Even though I provided proof of the transfer, not one person could provide a reason for the bank holding the funds. I've been a Chase customer for more than twenty years. Because of the above, I will be moving my business to another bank.
Answer: Offered as a finance for auto loan... I am seriously thinking of changing banks..
Answer: Because they can and they don't care. The customer service outside of the branch is non-existent. They truly don't care about anything other than the amount of money they can collect from the interest they can collect from our money.
