In November 2022, I purchase a shower, never even thought that it is from China. Seller sold damaged, shower unit. Refused to send a return label, Instruction, and zero communication. I dispute the charge with cheese link Business credit card. I am a client with Chase for 25 years never had any issue with the Dispute. November 2022 opened Dispute for that matter for $1086 with a Chinese, against Chinese company "sweet home". I Upload through portal over 100 documents, emails, pictures, that shower had damaged and we had a flood, It's cost me $50,000 to redo after we remodel we have to demolish and start over that's was insane. It's took me 7 months to find the Seller address through one Representative in the United States. I made 195 calls. I wrote all representative names. The rest was somewhere else in the Philippines in India, who does not even look at the documents I provided. They believe to a seller Who wrote respond to Chase through Google translate. Chase request, send shower to address they provided. After a month, they close my credit card, business checking account and they
Advised that I'm liable for payment $1086. Now I have no shower and I have to pay $1086

I believe Chase needs to work better on a customer service and especially Dispute department with a business accounts.
I request several times, that I cannot understand people from those countries, because I'm not native English speaker, I was asking them several times to transfer me to United States, they just dont care.

Now, they create a lots of issues for our business. It's a horrible company I would not recommend to anybody.
I filed a lawsuit against Chase.

On July 14, a Friday, I transferred my personal funds into my business account using a check. Unfortunately I forgot to write the date on the check. When I handed the check to the Asian teller at the counter who was chatting with the other teller, she quickly returned it to me, stating that the check was invalided due to the missing date.
I tried to explain that I could easily add the date on the check for deposit, but she and the next teller insisted that I needed to have a new check for deposit, they already saw this check was invalided. Feeling increasingly upset by their unyielding stance, I asked to speak with the manager, who gave me his business card, Senior VP, branch manger, Timothy Sun. To my dismay, Tim's attitude was even more unpleasant than the tellers. He was so defensive, he told me if the teller allowed me to deposit the check after adding the date at the counter, it could be caught on camera, potentially leading to the teller losing her job. Seriously? Really? Hard to believe that such minor issue would have such severe consequences. I was using my personal check to deposit to my business account. What was wrong beside giving me hard time?
In frustration, I argued with Tim, he was so defensive and unrelenting. He claimed that allowing me to deposit the check was a big favor on his part. I lodged a complaint from another Chase Branch, but to my stock, on July 21, I received Chase phone call informing me that my business accounts, including my business credit card with nearly 70,000 points on it were closed. No any explanation.
I cannot help but feel that Chase bank displayed a strong and powerful approach that feels like bullying to customers like me.
The whole experience has left me deeply disappoint and disheartened.

Worst bunch of thieves on Earth backed by corporate thieves. They restrict your account when they decide there is an identity problem. They WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU BEFORE THEY LOCK YOU OUT AND THEN THEY ARE ALL TRAINED TO LIE ABOUT HOW TO FIX IT. Left my son with NO FOOD/ NO GAS/ AND STRANDED OUT IN DANGEROUS WEATHER DURING A WINTER STORM and didn't care refuse to try to help him or even offer him a cheap hotel to keep him safe from inclement weather. Filed a complaint with CORPORATE REP SAMPSON. We were told repeatedly go to a branch the next morning with 2 forms of ID and open account. It would be resolved. Go to the branch ON 122ND AND MAY OKC OK this morning and MORE LIES. Oh I have to call corporate. Oh you will have to see one of our bankers but there isn't one available at this branch today. Call other branches and they refuse because you need an appointment. THESE MONSTERS ARE THE ONES THAT LOCKED THE ACCOUNT AND NOW ARE REFUSING TO JUST GIVE MY SON HIS PAYCHECK THAT HE WORKED HIS BUTT OFF ALL WEEK FOR. HE HAS NO FOOD WHAT SO EVER. NO GAS TO GET ANYWHERE. NO FAMILY LEFT TO BORROW FROM. I'm helping him the best I can but my money is too limited right now for these corporate monsters to robbed my child this way. DONT USE THEM SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO WATCH YOUR CHILD SUFFER THIS WAY AND HEAR THE LIES AND GENERIC TRAINED UNFEELING APOLOGIES! I HATE CHASE BANKS. They deserves less than 0 stars.

Junk ATMs

How can a billion dollar world wide company have such trash for ATMs.
They're either full they're either empty or they're not working.
Just another unpleasant weekend at the ATMs today they're frozen they won't work can't do nothing touch screen won't work can't hit cancel won't give me my card back so I guess I just stand there in the freezing cold waiting for it to reject my card... What a pain... I will no longer leave any money in my bank ever it hits my bank I'm taking every time out and I ain't playing this game every weekend.
Want some good advice do the same thing never keep your money in Chase... they'll take it FAST and then take their sweet time verifying the funds. Really? The same funds every week from eBay transfer need to be verified every single time... creating longer wait times just access my money and then Im unable to bcuz you're ATMs are junk.
KEEP YOUR JUNK ATMS DONT UPGRADE THEM... KEEP YOUR LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T FILL THEM OR EMPTY THEM IN A TIMELY MATTER.
I'LL JUST TAKE MY MONEY OUT PUT IT IN HUNTINGTON WHICH IS BETTER BANK ANYWAYS WITH BRAND NEW UP-TO-DATE ATMS.

On March 25th 2023 I ordered 2 pottery barn gift cards cashing in ******* points. These were Delivered via Emal iin rwwoo separate emails. The order was placed at 2:41 PM Eastern standard time and the 1st email came immediately. The 2nd email never showed up. I have a digital gift Card for $200 but the other $200 is still out there somewhere. To date I've made 7 phone calls talk to different people who essentially gave me lip service and claimed that they were resending the emails and told me I need to check my Spam and junk mail. Yes of course was done since this is not my 1st time at the rodeo. It also made no sense since they already have a functional email address that I confirmed one came through. My thoughts are is that they are simply shining me on since the people at the customer service are contractors and a contractors and a contract out the issuing of these gift hards to another contractor and there is no communication between him. I'm going as far as to request that they just put the points back into my account and I will use it as cash toward my balance. The date I have had no satisfaction.I'm also out $200 give points. I can't even give a rating for the appalling customer service provided in this matter.

I, AS WELL AS MILLIONS OF OTHERS, HAD REDUCED WORK HOURS, OR LOST THEIR JOB ENTIRELY BECAUSE OF COVID. SO I WENT TO CHASE TO TRY AND GET A CONSOLIDATION LOAN. NO HELP! OK FINE! NO OVERDRAFT PROTECTION, FINE! SO TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET ON A 25 HOUR WORK WEEK SUCKS! SO LOST MY MOM TO COVID, FINE! HAD TO COME UP WITH $6000 CASH TO BURY HER, FINE! SO NEEDLESS TO SAY IT'S BEEN ROUGH. THE LEAST THAT CHASE BANK COULD DO IS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE INFO THEY PROVIDED TO ME IS TIMELY. BEFORE I MAKE A DEPOSIT, BE IT MONEY OR A CHECK, I WOULD ASK THEM, "ARE THERE ANY CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT PENDING", TO WHICH THEY WOULD REPLY, "THERE IS NOTHING PENDING" SO I DEPOSITED $450 TO PAY A BILL, MY BALANCE AT THAT TIME, AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF SPEAKING TO A CHASE REP, WAS ABOUT $1.20, BUT NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I ONLY HAVE ABOUT $65 IN MY ACCOUNT! SO I CALLED THEM BACK, NOW THEY CLAIM THEY DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THAT! THIS COMPANY HAS DONE THIS TO ME ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, INCLUDING TODAY! I have been a customer for 13+ years and this is the year they chose to screw me over. A few weeks ago I deposited a large check and since the phone number to the law firm was not able to be electronically verified they flagged the check as fraudulent and froze my account without telling. This caused a slew of issues for me. They wanted my lawyer to drive across town to meet me in the branch to verify the check. I was furious they expected this to happen instead of reaching out to the law firm to verify. The check had a 9 day hold. Horrible service for the many years I've been with them. Then this week I go to pay off a loan at a credit union and they charged a 3% fee for $450 what they called a cash advance on a "debit card"… WTF? After hours of trying to get to the bottom of this the customer service reps on the phone continued to argue with me only making me more angry saying the Credit Union charged the fee and they are passing this on to me the customer and there is no way to reverse this fee. I spoke to the credit union and they don't charge such fees. It was a lie. After spending another hour trying get them to prove the CU charged them they finally tell me it's just a fee by Chase for this type of transaction that I didn't know was possible on a debit card. So they try putting the blame on the CU only to save face. Even after escalating to a manager and the manger at the local branch I am told there is no reversing this even letting them know I will close my accounts and all my credit cards with them so they can't make a single cent off me in the future. I was about to open a chase Marriott rewards card and spend $4-$5k per month on and would be very profitable for chase. I guess that $450 is more valuable than my future business. Think twice before opening a chase checking account they will eventually screw your over just like they have me.

This is one of the worst banks on the face of the earth. When I first opened my account here in 2012, the customer service was great. You could get thru to a rep w/in 5 minutes and your issue resolved quickly. Now, in 2022, it is HORRIFIC service with someone in India on the other side of the world answering customer service lines. There have been so many screwups on my account w/in the last 2 years. First, they let an overdraft of over $6,000 go thru on my account which is insane that I did not authorize. They are supposed to monitor accounts to make sure things like this don't happen. I had to wait over a month for them to credit the money back into my account and resolve this. Second, they went and cancelled free checking accounts behind my back w/no notification at all. They started charging monthly service fees and I caught them doing it. I had to get all those service fees reversed. I then chose what type of account I wanted w/the new accounts since they were no longer free. I was told that my account number would stay the same and I could use the same debit card as before w/no problem. It was a total lie. They went and cancelled my old card behind my back when I was on vacation out of state and my card started declining transactions. I again had to order another card to replace the one they cancelled, and it was another nightmare. They told me I would get a tracking number for a rush delivery order, and I called back three times over a 24-hour period, and they still did not have the tracking number to give me. I am done with this bank for good. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and this is the final straw. I am fed up w/the long hold times, mismanaged screwups and inept customer service.

Got fed up with it in the end.

I have a nonprofit and I started with Chase in 2017 and as we grew I added people to the account to handle the bookkeeping aspect until recently I discovered that these people went in to the Chase Bank Alderwood branch and without any documentation were able to remove my name from the bank account I created and I was told by the bank manager I needed to get an attorney even when I produced a warrant for one of the individuals that convince them to take my name off the account he was the number one most Wanted insurance fraud a subject as well as warrants for two identity theft but they said that did not matter, and I have tried to talk to Chase for the last 2 months and they have done nothing but I was told that they cannot remove the name of the owner of the account they would have to close the account and open a new one but they did not they just removed my name and are spending the money however they see fit without oversight or caring about those suffering from homelessness and addiction. Do not trust this organization
