This is the worst bank I've ever worked with. I was right for staying away from them for so long I should've never went back but since they are everywhere thought I'd give them another chance. They closed my savings account and my paycheck was scheduled to be deposited. Went to chase by Hobby airport to get a cashiers check. I deposited 110,000.00 into my checking on Monday. I have been a customer with chase for years. I asked if I could use the restroom. The teller that helped me said yes. No problem. He told me to go ask a lady that worked there to show me where it was or escort me there. I went to the lady he pointed too and she told me No. Said public people come in an abuse the facilities I told her I was a customer and was just there to do my banking. She told me firmly NO! I can see not letting public come in but customers should be allowing to use the facilities. I'm flabbergasted! Pissed off and still have to use the restroom. I'm about to go pull out my 100 grand and go to another bank. Way to go chase!
Tried to transfer money between accounts but couldn't and CS lady investigated and said it was their system so have to wait. Next tried to login on again to look at something and webstie said wrong password. No, it wasn't so called CS and another person argues with me and then hangs up without trying to help. Went in to the northcross location.very hard to get to once inside the building, waited in line for the lady at the counter.i told her i wanted to open a checking account.she replied.you will have to comeback after 12.45pm.i left and went down the street to another bank, there are 5 banks in this neighborhood. One of those was happy to see me and open an account for me. They are rude, and do not care about people or security of their job. Unfc is friendly and extremely helpful. I will NEVER walk into a Chase Bank again

On July 14, a Friday, I transferred my personal funds into my business account using a check. Unfortunately I forgot to write the date on the check. When I handed the check to the Asian teller at the counter who was chatting with the other teller, she quickly returned it to me, stating that the check was invalided due to the missing date.
I tried to explain that I could easily add the date on the check for deposit, but she and the next teller insisted that I needed to have a new check for deposit, they already saw this check was invalided. Feeling increasingly upset by their unyielding stance, I asked to speak with the manager, who gave me his business card, Senior VP, branch manger, Timothy Sun. To my dismay, Tim's attitude was even more unpleasant than the tellers. He was so defensive, he told me if the teller allowed me to deposit the check after adding the date at the counter, it could be caught on camera, potentially leading to the teller losing her job. Seriously? Really? Hard to believe that such minor issue would have such severe consequences. I was using my personal check to deposit to my business account. What was wrong beside giving me hard time?
In frustration, I argued with Tim, he was so defensive and unrelenting. He claimed that allowing me to deposit the check was a big favor on his part. I lodged a complaint from another Chase Branch, but to my stock, on July 21, I received Chase phone call informing me that my business accounts, including my business credit card with nearly 70,000 points on it were closed. No any explanation.
I cannot help but feel that Chase bank displayed a strong and powerful approach that feels like bullying to customers like me.

Chase sucks $#*!, I filed a claim and they reversed it because they don't believe me. My wallet was stolen with my bag my Keys etc. 4 different transactions without me in 3 different places. After 10 plus years of having the acount with them because i have other accounts I bearly used it about a month ago they closed it with no notice taking the money that was in the account and not giving it back after trying numerous times to call them back.
