Don't say you can provide a service right away then tell me i have to wait to hear from someone. I was expecting an answer as soon as I put my information in!
Your ad says see the rates, then you keep me on the hook, gather my info which you will sell, then make me call lenders. Also, a lender called within 5 seconds of me entering my number with you asking first. I will never use your site again

I came to the website for a rough idea of the current lowest interest rate. I didn't get the info. I was not ready for lenders to call me. I wanted to see comparison of rates and choose a company.
OK, Curious. I need to make some Home Improvements. Possible roof replacement & a few windows & maybe bathroom remodel.
Been easy so far I'll have to wait and see what kind of response I get from the lenders and hopefully it'll be as smooth as they say it will be in qualifying
