Once you ask about interest rate which is advertise at 1.75%, you will find out you get a million annoying sales call and none of them has the rate they are advertising. Word of advice, anytime you see a link that says AD on the corner, do not log on, it is just a scam and the rep from all 4 companies that called are street hustler wanting to make a buck selling you a loan at rates far higher then you can find on line any day.

Life happens you can have great credit for years and then have something bad happen and see your credit plummet. And there's a way to repair everything but because of your credit you're not able to tap into a way that can not only fix a problem, but make your credit be back on top again so to have somebody that could help me possibly means a lot. I feel the process was short and on point, and also the idea of a "home equity line of credit" rising or increasing. Along with everything else in these very troubling times I must say was definitely overlooked. I think this might be a real answer for everyone but most importantly for struggling families trying to survive and to meet today's continuous rising costs and obligations.

My rating is being kind because the only thing you did is offer two mortgages for me to call, one of which I've already tried, and was turned down.
I will be rad to try them both again. If one of them says yes, and that would be fantastic. I could've given several mortgage companies to call, but that doesn't mean that the company will follow through.
