Why lie about getting information about lenders once you've completed the requested information? Why not just say that as soon as you provide information, you'll receive multiple calls immediately.

OK...but as far as a loan on equity sharing... Where is the information? How long is the arraignment for? As lender shares in the appreciation...do they share if there is depreciation? Is home owners insurance required? Lots of questions.
