Been a few years since and now they doesnt return message till a week later and dont fall for their live chat because no one is there to read them,at one point a name "paul" popped up like he was rading it but didnt respond. No way to even get a refund. Ive been trying furiously to get a hold of a live preson with no availe... Dont waste your money and go else where

It didn't work and they'll blacklist your phone they can't do a new iPhone even when they say you can

This site is falsely advertising u can never get a hold of any body it's the 27th I placed my order on the 17th and have received nothing don't let them steal your money I'm reporting them

I purchased a code for my LG V-60 thinQ on the 19th, it is now 4 days later and I still have heard anything and my order is still in pending status. I emailed them concerning my order and did not get a response. Their website is very misleading and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Please be aware I have been scammed. This website is being investigated for scamming more than 15 people just like me. It has been 6 days and I still have no refund, no code. This website is a joke stay away. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have taking more legal action to have this website shut down to avoid more potential people from getting scammed. 1-48 hour service is bull$#*!. 24/7 customer service is also bull $#*!. I am not going to recommend. This website to anyone is not good website for anyone to do business with. I give my IMEI for them to unlock my iPhone 13 and they couldn't unlock I have request for a refund more than a week now no respond to my message. $150. This website is not good at all. I was working with a different website they refund my money within 2 days..

They were not able to unlock my phone asked for a refund no answer email them nothing back been trying for a week already and nothing so if they can't unlock your phone they just keep your money

Their process does not work with the eSim only version of iPhone 14. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max and went entered the information on their website. The sent me the code 10 days later (1-5 days is their claim) and the instructions told me to remove my sim card. Since iPhones sold in the US don't have sim cards, I contacted customer support to see if they had other instructions. They said their service did not work with esims. When I asked for a refund since they have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" they claimed they didn't owe me one for the following reasons all of which I successfully challenged them on. Their final resposne was "our service does not work with your phone, but once we generate an unlock code, refunds are not given." My credit card company is currently handling this.

I have sent this company several messages and emails regarding my order to unlock my iPhone 13. I have yet to hear anything back and it's been a week now. I'm to the point of requesting a refund.

Where should I begin... I will begin with this company is an absolute fraud and scam artists. I paid on November 15th, 2020... they finally sent me a code on December 7,2020 which DID NOT WORK! It takes them weeks to even get an email reply and that is when you are constantly emailing them about your order status. DO NOT listen to the 5 star reviews on here as you will see they mostly all have only 1 review and that is for this company which they fraudulently post either themselves or have a 3rd party company pay for it. You do NOT get your access code within 24 hours or even some posts say 5 minutes! You have to beg them for the code and when they say "its unlocked, no code needed" I was perplexed. Its a scam and this is warning to everyone not to EVER use them. Like others if I could give 0 stars I would.

I have seen all the review about this company being a scam and could not agree more. I placed an order for an AT&T unlock code. I received my code. When I reached out to customer service via chat, they said the code they sent me was for Xfinity. The customer service rep said he would have my order reprocessed with the correct code for AT&T. I waited for the new code, nothing. Tyhe email they sent me said I could respond to the email with questions. I responded checking in on the progress. No response. Gave it a few more days to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing. Sent another email asking for an update. Still nothing. There is not 24/7 service, they don't have anyone that answers the phone, the online live chat doesn't work. This is a total joke. The reviews saying their customer service is great is BS. I was happy to pay to get this done and based on what I have read, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I guess not. I too will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will also be sending a note to the BBB.

This site is crap. I am a reseller for the site. They promised an "instant" code within 90 minutes, which cost me double, and it has been 7 days. I also got ahold of them (after calling non stop for days on end) and was told it would come in within 1 - 5 hours. It did not. It has been another 24 hours and still nothing. Do NOT use this site, it is a rip off and there customer service doesn't exist.

I purchased their service to unlock my old iphone 5s but even after a week they couldnt unlock my phone. I was able to contact support but they couldn't help much. So i opted for a different service provider and after 4h my phone is now unlocked. Its odd that they couldn't unlock an old 5s but i dont want to judge them. Maybe its just too hard for them to unlock an old phone. And btw got no refund so dont waste your time and money with this company.

I am a current customer of CellUnlocker. I've tried COUNTLESS of times to engage them but to my dismay no avail! I have been trying to activate my sim and request a ICCID from Cell unlocked and they have ignored me. I've reached out to them and I still have not gotten anywhere! They keep telling me they will get back to me, YET it says that they are open 24/7. If that's the case change your hours because your failing your customers by telling them 24/7 because that's a lie! You will see what they sent me in the package in my photos. However I do not know what the heck to do with it. All I know is that I need a ICCID number and they don't give you that. Also, they send you the same video they made for 2017! Its 2022 and it needs to be updated!

I am so Fu*kin frustrated! It's not fair! Someone needs to investigate these people and SHUT THEM DOWN! If you won't help me unlock my phone with the two SIM cards you sent, I would like my hard earned money back! PERIOD

All I wanted to do is unlock my new IPhone 11 Pro Max so I can use it when I travel overseas. I searched through a bunch of YouTube videos on how to do it and I stumbled upon this CELLUNLOCKER.NET. So I took the risk and placed an order to unlock my phone. Waited for a whole week thinking I got ripped off. Finally got an email stating my phone is unlocked. Took out my Verizon SIM and popped in my old T-mobile SIM to test it out. It works as promised and I'm happy I didn't get scammed. It's really 5 Stars for this review. I trust this company now. Thanks for the excellent service and I'm looking forward to doing more business in the future.

Its been a week since I requested an unlock code for my phone which they told me would take just a day or 2 the most then when I call that 1800 number they provided they have a very unprofessional lady recording msg then the call discontinued, its terrible it is the worst company I have dealt with so far... now I'm trying to get my money back but the won't even let you speak to them.

I have given iphone 6 to cellunlocker.net to make but after one month they say we are sorry and did not return my money please don not belive to them they are 100% scam

Cell Unlocker provided 2 codes which didn't work but wouldn't give me a refund. DoctorSIM provided a code which did work - for less than half the cost of the Cell Unlocker codes. Avoid Cell Unlocker.

I can not get a hold of this "business". I haven't seen my code yet, i haven't heard from them yet. I wouldn't do any business with them at all! They are never "at work". A total scam if i've ever seen one. Im going to try and get my money back from paypal because of this dumb business.

I ordered an unlock code for a Samsung Galaxy S4 that is locked for AT&T on May 19. Should be simple, right? It's May 27 and still no response, the tracking tab still says processing. I've called that 1-800 support number many times, and after the recording, it just hangs up - you cannot talk to a real person. I emailed tech support at *******@cellunlocker.net at least 6 times now and not a single response. I needed this code for my wife traveling to the Philippines, and its too late. Very disappointed. If I knew they were going to complete my order, I would have went with a different service.

No communication, no service, not picking up phone, online chat people dont say hello or thank you, cut you off when they feel like, cave man service, no product, no refund, just big fat nothing, and ignoring my attempts to contact them. Be smart and do not use them.
