Sent email out on January 9th, 2017 And received the email reply I have copy and pasted below. To date I have heard from no body, only daily emails to buy more stuff, and now this review. I am very unset with your company. Plus I paid for Priority Shipping so they Charged me $13.97 for something that didn't cost your company but $5.90 at the most, as I also sell in Bulk and get discount Postal rates, so I know the cost for shipping Priority Padded Envelopes for which this was shipped in, which is why it is broken. Tried to cancel order, because 5 days after order placed it STILL had not been shipped. Want counts as customer service SUCKS!
I will start from the beginning Ive been talking and emailing your people for over a week and every time I get something new that is no help.
I ordered the product (phone case) and the screens didnt work right and I couldnt see my order total or the price of anything finally a subtotal I guess popped up and was gone but it said 9.07. I thought this was the total so I was ok with that. Then it poped up another page that had noting dso do with my order and it had no way to close it. I emailed asap to tell them to stop the order as when it hit my band account it was 17.70 a far cry from the 9.07. Finally I get an order and I saw the shipping. I emailed again with no response. Then I started getting email and I was responding with please cancel my order and explaining what happened. Finally I get an email that had a phone number on it and of course it had already been shipped so I told the whole story again. I was told to just refuse it when it came in the mail. That was what I did probably over a week ago. Now I get an email telling WHEN I return it I need an RMA number. I told her in the email that she responded to that I had already returned the package over a week ago. Are these emails just bots or what because I dont ever seem to get a correct answer. Im going to wait alittle while long and then im going on ebay and amazon and give negative feedback on this whole experience. Then Im going to place a claim with them since you refuse to give my money back. Funny that you ask if im a robot when I think all of the emails I get are bot generated. Even this page is a pos, I have had to do this verification that Im not a robot 3 times now. It just keeps saying processing then it says the verification has expired. Really! Well I had to refresh it and it still didnt work. Now Im going to try for the 6th time.
I feel sorry for the customer service agent I communicated with. What an awful company he/she works for. First of all, I wasn't advised of my S&H charges until after I placed my order! What a terrible practice! Secondly, one item was not included in my order. It was just circled on the invoice. No message of what happened to it was ever received. I ordered iPhone 8Plus cases and 7Plus were sent instead with no explanation. When I had to send note via the site regarding my concerns the return email I received just mentioned that the package was shipped! Great response, I already knew that! When I called the phone number I found online a recorded message informed me that I would have to go to the site and send a concern online (which I already had done) or chat via the site. I attempted to chat and ended up talking with a virtual assistant! After getting nowhere with that I wrote back asking if I could chat with a live agent. Finally did and found out my phone case was on backorder. Of course I never received any notification! No response to my concern with receiving 7Plus cases vs 8Plus ones as were advertised. I give up! Agent said I could choose another case to replace the one that wasn't sent. Link was sent to me that had several pages of all different sizes of phone cases for me to choose from. As I was looking at the link the agent wrote back saying she was going to have to end the chat in one minute if she didn't hear back from me! What? I quickly chose an item without seeing all of them as I didn't think I would ever get back to where I was if I lost my connection. I was then messaged back that the order would take 24 to 48 hours to process and then ship in 4 to 10 business days. My original order took 10 days to be delivered! With the amount of postage I paid it should have been received in two days! Can't believe this company is still in business!

Company does not exist and is a true sham. So they are a big fat 0. Their website needs to be shut down. The State of California SUSPENDED their business license.
They don't even have a customer service telephone. A telephone number is not listed in their website. Their google search number is *******926. Call that number and you will get a recording stating the number is out of order. They have been unresponsive to the messages I've sent them through their "Contact" page regarding why they have not yet even shipped my phone case and screen shield. According to Google searches, their listed address at ******* E. Gale Ave., City of Industry, CA is the location of an EMPTY warehouse.
Orders CANNOT BE CANCELED because there is no way to contact a live person at CellularOutffiter and they do not have a cancel order function for customers in their order tracking system.
While ordering they promised to have the phone case I ordered shipped within 24 hours. Yet, after 4 days the order has not even been processed except for placing the charge on my card. They did not give the 20% discount as a first-time buyer. They did not tell me how much they would charge for shipping until after I placed the order. Their shipping charge was outrageous.
What CellularOutfitter did do was immediately place a charge on my credit card with no intention of sending the telephone case. I have notified my bank and they will be disputing the charge directly with CellularOutfitter. My bank said they will investigate and know how to contact the owners of this VERY BOGUS company through banking records. CellularOutfitters does NOT EXIST so don't place an order with them.
Y'all are nice and I appreciate it and I am happy to hear that I'm getting my order I don't know what else to say keep up the good work

They claimed it was for a lg stylo but it did not fit. It knows I have a lg stylo it brings them up automaticly. This is why I'm so dissappointed.

Great Product... Customer Service Is Pretty Good, But, Delivery Is Slow... & Why Are Additional Items Added To The Order That Arent Requested?

And I don't say that about student loan companies Sallie Mae Navient, ECMC and NELNET because they have horrendous customer service. Moving on, Cellular Outfitter have an EXCELLENT variety of various products and accessories for Apple IPhones, MP3 players and smartphones like my LG X-Power. They saved me money and they do the same for ALL customers. Why would anyone with an IPhone or Android smartphones spend between $40-$45 on products at the Apple Stores, AT&T, Verizon, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro-PCS and Sprint stores to put people's hard-earned money in these cellphone companies' pockets. These same items are available on Cellular Outfitter for $9.99 & up, with customers saving money that they can use for groceries. Fadi has been an EXCELLENT customer service representative for Cellular Outfitter. He went above and beyond in helping me today due to his kindness, professionalism, courteous and friendly manner. Fadi and his colleagues all deserve increased raises because they make it easier for all customers to shop. Cellular Outfitter's a very reputable and consistent company that maintains outstanding knowledge, problem-solving, product quality and EXCELLENCE. I've been a 2-year customer and I will remain a life-long customer.
