The person I talked to was very helpful. At first she was kind of off on what I was saying but then she was great.
Not including the shipping charges when the order is placed is illegal and everyone should dispute the extra charges - it is a breach of contract

Everything was great except the crazy barrage of promo emails the following week. I seriously probably got 10 emails per day for the rest of the week

Ordered 2 phone covers. Paid for them. Now have waited for email with order number and ship date. Nothing. Have email them and nothing.
